Ghent, Belgium Indoor playground

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Asking entrance for parents to just sit there, while the children play is a bit absurd. While ordering something you should take your time, because the service is not all that. The children have fun though, so there's that at least. It's a large indoor playground. Great for kids. Very basic for parents, the hall makes the sound of the screaming and making fun much harder. Seats and tables are basic. Can be very busy Toilet doesn't get regular cleaning; on the + side, it's really cheap and accesible for everyone. Prepare for lot's of noise, slow basic service but very happy ;-) Your young can go wild in this indoor playground! From the age of 12 on they'll be a bit bored. Your have space to run off the sugarrush from the fastfood, drinks which are relatively cheap. Same price range for the French fries and ice cream. Our used to ask: "Can we go to Pretland?" a couple times a year. And claim to have lots of fun there. If you are even remotely sensitive to loud noise: bring earplugs! Due to the large hall the sound reflects in all directions. You are not supposed to drop of your and hide, you have to watch them yourself (Unless you drop them at a birthday party). When you do have to stay, bring company or a book and enjoy a beer or wine at a cheap price. Nice place to take your kids. Different games and toys. It can be very crowded and you have to wait for a game to be free to use it. I find it a bit annoying that the parents and the have to pay a full ticket each. So a walking toddler and two parents would pay 10.5 Euros plus 1 Euro parking for less than 4 hours. This place is great. One price for the whole day. They don't throw you out after an hour. The carpet is old and a bit gross but try to ignore it as the structures themselves are well built, safe and the love it. Theres two small areas for really small and over 2 can easily climb around a structure themselves. A lot of areas for older kids. Snacks and drinks available and parties are on there all the time. My son loves it, a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. Lots of parking available and a bus stops nearby. It is very noisy though and people are lazy and leave messes everywhere. Bathroom also quite basic and the lift is annoyingly small. But have a ball and it's safe and it really doesn't cost much. Really nice & safe indoor park, will have lots of fun, can’t believe parents complaining about the noise🤦‍♂️, really???… anyway, watch out if you have little kids, bigger run all over the place and could unintentionally push the little ones. Looks and sounds like a great place for your to spend some hours off having fun, but it’s deceiving. - The service are delayed at the entrance counter already, young immature staff that needs more professional training. - Way expensive for (Parents pays entrance fee as well! Yes, you pay to sit there & watch over your own kids). - No regular cleaning (DISINFECT) of the tables/chairs where people have sat and eaten, as new arrivals will come and sit there. - Definitely not sure the last time they’ve VACUUMED that entire ground probably in the 1800’s. EXTREMELY dusty and dusty became webs. - The railings of the entire structures of the playpens (when last was that ever DISINFECTED) ? I’m not being dramatic here…this is when you witness “hidden nastiness” of a business and everyone’s just playing along, it’s not ok. - The toilets ? Urine smells everywhere, wet floors, dirty dirty dirty + 50ml hand soap for a community of people for 9 - 10 hours per day. - The food service ? Delayed. They don't wash their hands (as they do more than one duty and walk right back to continue with the food). This makes me wonder🤔 what about the oil they fry these food in ? You just never no🤷🏽‍♀️. Food menu sounds “ fancyish” it’s not😑 it’s something your 7 year old can prepare for himself, very pricey. Btw ; Ive been here more than many times with my kids. I have observed these things mentioned above with great detail👀. 🚨DO NOT BRING YOUR TO THIS PLACE. THEIR HEALTH IS MORE PRECIOUS. Hygiene is not good feel like they dont clean, for children at leadt clean it 1 time, the ball area full of garbage en food, at least should clean for the children. We bring our children to play here many times but still same ni clean that why today i write the reviews. I hope evrybody complain about cleaning please checking if you don't believe. You get money for bring service not the building.
