But super fun and very helpful staff. great activity for group of friends Initially the session went fine, but after an incident (after which the driver could continue) all the karts were limited to a snail's pace for the rest of the session. After paying full price for something like this , I expect to receive the full experience. Not something like this. I drove in multiple tracks in the last three years in Belgium and Italy and never had a problem. If I am slow, I let people pass. Tonight I felt the misogynism by the one of the guy working there and giving blue flags (not even doing it well btw) suddenly cutting half of my without even giving me any warning. And this wasn't even mention before when they gave the explanation that this could be possible. I suddently found myself with half of the and felt in danger because the other cars where double of the speed. I confronted him, and the only thing he told me is that I was dangerous and didn't follow the warnings of blue flags, which is highly false. My (male) friends also confronted him afterwards and he asked sorry TO THEM. When they told HIM to tell me sorry he said he was not necessary. I asked my friends on if they felt me being dangerous and nope, non of them saying I didn't let them pass if necessary. The guy clearly thinks that if a woman pushes the car on is dangerous and if a guy does it is cool. So bye, I prefer going to other tracks in Belgium. I have tried several go kart places back in my country, but i can say that this place by far the most advanced one. I am a car guy so i can say that before coming here, i didnt really have high hopes because i like combustion engines. I like the sound and the vibration. However, my whole opinion on electric karting changed. First of all cars were so good. They were advanced, they had really brakes (most of the places ive been didnt really have brakes) and the acceleration is insane. Also the surface is really good. Everything is well maintained. They have a really system. You get a balaclava, gloves, a ls2 helmet (which is pretty and enough for karting). Also, everything is timed well and there are info about the car you are assigned to, the fastest lap and everything. There are screens everywhere which contains info about the session. Another pro of ekart was the fact that there was no smoke, no sound, just you and the track, it was blissful. Only bad thing that i can say about this place is the fact that the is a bit too short. One of the shortest ive ever been to. Was a little boring after a while. It could be a bit nicer if we had a longer straight to do higher speed. However considering that ekarts are better for accelerating, it makes sense that its this way. Staff was nice. I was late, they said that i should be on time next time. I told them the situation i had on the way and we had a little chat. Cool staff. Was a bit expensive imo however it was fun. Would come here again. The workers there really discriminate against women. I was going fast and drifting quickly and well, but I still kept getting blue flags meaning I had to let others pass first. I was the only girl driving, and I wasn't causing any problems so I find it really shameful to still act sexist against women in 2024. Do better. Went there for a colleague event. The circuit is very technical which is nice, but it is a real pitty that not all Karts have the same performances, when challenging each other in a race it is very frustrating to get different performances depending on the kart you get, you loose up to 2 seconds per lap when the kart is not good, the personnel didn't care much when we complained about it. We did 3 rounds of 10 minutes so we could really compare. Vriend van mij na één race uitgesloten vandaag wegens agressief gedrag. Gaf hem na de race het bevel niet meer te laten racen dit zonder enige vorm van rechtvaardigheid. Geen waard voor uw geld aan te besteden. Absolutely loved it. I had some train trouble and was a bit late but the people there were extremely understanding and kind. Dochter laat helm voor de start nog extra controlleren door personeel. Want ze vond het wat raar. Géén probleem zeiden ze. Dan in de kart, vraagt ze of ze goed zit. Is haar eerste keer karting had ze aangehaald, vond dat ze te dicht zat,om goed gas pedaal te gebruiken) Geen probleem was weeral het antwoord. Ok ze is 18, dus zetten ze power van kart op 55km/u. Maar ze kunnen toch vragen , of je niet liever wil een beetje trager. Bij de eerste snelle bocht (ok ze reed te snel ) is ze uit de bocht gevlogen, en is haar helm gewoon van haar gezicht gevlogen. Daardoor is er diepe snede in haar gezicht gekomen, met véél bloed, en met de ambulance naar spoed. Bij aankomen ambulance, vroegen die naar de helm, maar die was al weggenomen door het personeel. Het ergste was dat een personeellid mij zei ( misschien als lachend ) ; Ah die bocht waar uw dochter is uitgevlogen, noemt de Lady-killer. Een snelle check van de helmen ( kost niet véél tijd ) zou toch al véél helpen.
