After we went there for a sandwich, we knew we had to go back. The spleen sandwich had lots of meat and a few drops of lemon juice: it was delicious but I would have preferred to have some fresh vegetable thing in there (even some parsley-oil sauce) to cut a bit the strong (but good!) flavor of the spleen. Nothing bad anyway. Other sandwiches had panelle (deep fried chickpea paste) and meats and were all delicious. Perfect spot to get something to go, a locals' favorite. Get ready to wait in line 😅 (NB! Take a number from the middle, otherwise you’ll be waiting for a very long time, as I did for the first time 😃). The guys are fast and food tastes good.
