We visited La Terrasse on our last day in Beaujolais, as it came highly recommended by many locals for its wonderful views. As promised the view, from right at the top of the valley, is breathtaking. The food was delicious traditional French cuisine and the portions were very generous - we ordered way too much food! But all of the dishes were great. We went to La Terrasse for lunch, but there was also a daily high tea in the afternoons which looked delicious! Unfortunately we were too early to enjoy it, but when we go back we will definitely try it out. For a menu of 40 eur I would expect at least fresh food on my plate and not this half rotten salad. Whole menu was bad. The price you pay is only for the view, because the food is for sure not worth it. 2 stars only because of the view and the staff. Love this hidden gem!
