The asparagus is in season, and they prepared a butter soft white asparagus which also managed to maintain the integrity of the texture so it was not squishy. The jägerschnitzel was perfect, accompanied by the best cooked mushrooms I recall eating. The potatoes of all type were an artful perfection - with the bratkartoffeln not too greasy or heavy.
