J'ai réservé pour vendredi dernier le loft. Nous étions 6. J'ai eu un mail de confirmation me disant qu'ils nous donneraient les codes d'accès à la location dans la journée. Nous arrivons vers 20h, et là, pas de mail, pas de lumières. Tout est fermé, et les gens sont injoignables (mail, message et téléphone) Nous nous rendons compte que la boite aux lettres débordent ... tout semble être une belle arnaque. Heureusement j'avais réservé sur booking et ils m'ont trouvé un hôtel en plein centre d'Auxerre car avec 3 enfants et 3 adultes un vendredi soir, ça aurait été l'horreur de trouver autre chose. Bref, fuyez, ces gens ne sont pas honnêtes ! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST: IF YOU DONT WANT TO THROW MONEY AWAY when they let you wait at the gate, late in the evening, dont answers phone calls, or hung up on you, and let you get crazy with three small children at the door, you start to realize, this may be a set up. when you’r finally in their house of jail, because óther guests let you in, and get stuck in a fight with one of their ‘employees’, because he didnt want to help you, ‘cause he’s off duty’, and demands you ‘respect’ (???!), you come to the sad conclusion: these people lack any kind of moral. when they offer you after midnight finally a few beds for the children in rooms without windows, you know someone is in here for purely money, it’s an easy game they play: half of the hotel looks blinky and shiny, with a garden and surroundings perfect for photo’s for marketing: with these rooms they earn good rates, with the other half, especially the right wing downstairs, they try to trick people who booked lastminute! unfortunately, áfter this horrified experience, i started reading the reviews, and conclude, this wasnt an unlucky meeting of circumstances, it’s their systematic way of tricking half of their guests! be very careful with these guys! Don't come here! Especially when you have children. Don't come here. We booked a loft for 4 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby. When we arrived at 22h the gate was closed. We tryed to phone them but no one answered the phone. After one hour someone opened the gate. All was fully booked, even the loft which we reserved and paid. At the end we got two rooms with no windows. And because there were not enough beds, some of us had to sleep on the couch. Also the day after we couldn't speak to the owner. There is no reception. There is only a cleaner and a gardener, but they are very rude. That makes that the place feels really unsafe. And above all when we contacted them by email they immediately refused us to pay back our money or even a part of it.
