I messaged them that I really don’t have any idea to fix it— They reply promptly to help me with the Situation. In March it got the same problem so I decided to have the fixed from a shop— turns out the Dynamo was defect. Long story short— Defects do happens but what I really appreciate is that they reply and help their customer with the problem, I even got a new Dynamo and they paid for the repair.. so for that 10/10 for Customerservice :) Perfect price for a great and service. Keine Benachrichtigung, keine Änderung des Sendungsstatuses (erst nach 2 Tagen)und keine Möglichkeit sie irgendwie zu erreichen. Der Fahrer, der das Rad dann letztendlich doch zugestellt hat, hat alles richtig gemacht. Also es liegt nicht an den Fahrern!
