The waiter is extremely polite, careful and made us feel very well. I definitely recommend this place and I'm sure we'll be coming back soon. We said this to the waiter and that we wouldn't pay for the fish because it was so bad but we would pay for the drinks and other dish. This is were the waiter got really rude and argumentative. As we were about to leave, he calls some dudes and we got out just as the black SUV arrived. It was a bit scary. Terrible restaurant, cant believe it has such high ratings. The worst place in Bran. Don’t even try to look at photos on google maps, because you’ll get absolutely another dish. We’ve been waiting for the whole HOUR, and I got a Caesar salad without tomatoes, cheese or eggs. After 1 hour of waiting you can get a plate of lettuce and croutons. I also found a Nesquick cereal in my plate. Don’t even know what to say. There were a lot of running and screaming kids, waiter did nothing to calm down them. They touched us and our table, but nobody cared. We’ll never come back, this was a bad experience and our date was horrible. Such a nice and beautiful place! We have the feeling to eat in the garden. The omlette was awesome, tasty with fresh ingredients. The home-made orange juice was very refreshing. Best breakfast in the region 🙌🏻 Don’t bother coming here. There are many other places you can go that aren’t this bad. The fries are from the freezer, as expected. Surprisingly, it’s the only food that is decent from the menu. The chicken is dry even just after being served. The Ciorba is very very bland and the bread dry too. Pretty expensive for what it is. The only points I can give is for the service that isn’t that bad and the place is cozy and they were not many people. Oh also, I counted 5 mistakes on the menu. They brought us a more expensive dish and instead of looking for solutions to "beat" the system and cover the price difference somehow, some woman in charge yelled at the staff while we were eating. For us it was the worst experience ever in a restaurant, we were so ashamed even if we accepted the dish with the intention to pay it and cover the mistake. Worst waiting service. Took forever in taking our order and still messed up the order. The food was very bland and nothing spectacular. The prices are way to high for the quality. The waiter also had a bored and annoyed attitude. They seemed annoyed with having clients.
