Fantastic golf course, the whole experience was just amazing. Their club house is superb, in looks and decor. The course itself is really in condition, it is a challenge to say the least, the greens are lightning quick. If you struggle to walk I would book a buggy, it is a bit hilly in places. The food on the club after was and the staff are very efficient. The pro shop is well stocked and reasonable priced. Add this to your places to visit. It really is worth going to play here. Really enjoyed the course (played in an open) have played here many times and it's a beautiful course and a good test of golf. Despite the facelift at the clubhouse pretty disappointing when (on a day of the open) food was not served when players were still coming in. Also while sitting out on the balcony enjoying avpost round beer on the day of an open last orders were called at 6pm with many visitors bewildered. The Herefordshire used to be less glam but far more welcoming. On a positive note great to see Dorothy on the desk!!! A test of golf in very good condition. Much work has been done since I last visited 2 years ago. The course was in lovely condition with fast and true greens. The clubhouse is lovely with warm friendly staff and great food. Well worth a round Played here a few weeks back a thoroughly enjoyed the course. Condition was great. The layout is both testing both from a golf point of view and physical point of view. Great views. Lots of blind tee shots, be careful taking too much club a on a lot of the par 4s Played this course yesterday as a touring group of 8 mid-handicappers. The course was an absolute gem. Interesting, challenging and varied. The views are spectacular. If in the area, its a must play. Fab days golf on a challenging course that requires you to keep it tidy. Fantastic views, friendly service and food. Will definitely be going again. I found it to be demanding, challenging and interesting to play. Many blind holes which if you played the course regularly would be less challenging. Clubhouse and staff and very friendly. Recommended to play it, I shall return. We had a great couple of days for events at Herefordshire Golf Club. The function room is spacious and bright, the facilities and carparking are and the food was delicious. Our guests were very complimentary, and Jaccie and her team worked hard to make sure it was a success, thank you.
