Lovely park, plenty of room for the kids to run wild, including a lovely play park with lots of apparatus for them to play and ride on. I don't have a dog and my son is now an adult but I still enjoy a nice walk around the park. Good views stretching to The Malvern Hills, the telescope is now free to use. There are a few exercise points though a walk around the park is good exercise in itself. Plenty of parking (free) and a good kids playground. There is a very short stretch of the Herefordshire and Gloucestershire Canal. Nice to have this big green space within the city. I was very confused when visiting today , all the parking signs seem to have been defaced, do you need a permit? In the end I parked over by the children's play area , all the signs seem to have blue paint over , otherwise an OK open space for a dog walk Great for short walks, lots of friendly dog walkers. Good view over the Lugg valley from the observation point. Fantastic place for families, dog walking, keeping fit. Always clean and tidy. Enjoyable for any age group. Park is ideal for younger kids, and the walks around the area have some beautiful views. Great place for meeting with friends/walking the dog/taking children to the park Dose not matter the weather lovely walk with my dog day or night. Amazing views. Dogs meet new dogs go for a run. load of wildlife. Every trip is different. My only complaint is not enough lighting in the evening so need a torch. I wish fog owners would pick up there dogs mess.
