JFC have been looking after the IT needs of our business, Swan Brewery, for more than 2 years. The team have answered small queries; helped with bigger challenges; sourced and configured new equipment; given us a few "how to" steers. The team is efficient, friendly and professional. I spent a great deal of time with the team at JFC, they sorted out ALL my problems. They are extremely competent and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. I could not recommend them highly enough. John has provided me with fantastic support with my computer. Nothing has been too much trouble no matter how small my query, he and his team have provided me with a really reliable service, often at short notice. I cannot recommend them enough. A very efficient trustworthy company which I've been using for about 9 years. For peace of mind and at the end of a phone call, it is excellent value for money. John managed to get rid of a horrible bug in 45 mins which came on to my when I had an offer to update my adobe. It is good to know that my is safe and that I can call at any time for help. I have NO reservation whatsoever in recommending John Finch computers. I used John Finch computers for the first time this week, and it's been a fantastic experience. All the staff I worked with were hugely knowledgeable, infinitely patient, and had the knack of explaining things in a way a non-techie could understand. They also did everything in the time agreed and for the price agreed. Hugely relieved to have taken out the annual service contract with them. Feel like I am finally in good hands. They respond quickly to any queries and manage to sort out the problem without making me feel like an old codger who shouldn't be using s computer! We have used them for a few years now and have an annual contract. They have kept my laptop and i pads and old stack going strong with very little problem.
