A friendly gym, with great people, but sorely in need of some more specialized equipment. Great if you're into power lifting, there's a huge selection of compound lift stuff, Could do with some more isolation machines, hip abductors, preacher curl, calf machine, that sort of thing. Staff are lovely, and seem well treated by management. My daughter attends gymnastics weekly. Shes really enjoying it. Nice cafe onsite, however dont have much selection on sandwiches by evening time. Nice modern toileting facilities and a viewing room to be able to watch your child in session. I'd like to see the sofa play open in the evenings for younger siblings to keep them entertained. Really enjoy the atmosphere at the gym and the classes I've been go have been excellent. Outside my comfort zone but the instructors are really welcoming Been going for a few months now and it's still as good as ever. Gone through a recent update and it's still great. Very friendly and welcoming staff, receiving us always with a warm smile . The venue offers very good facilities. Just remember to validate your vehicle registration inside as day visitor or add to your member file. Just to avoid unpleasant charges. Often go there for a run and son does athletics training. Great facilities Not long joined but through a doctor's prescription asked to be referred. It's for afew health issues. Never tried a gym before. Was petrified but the ladies I've met so far & over all experience is a 10/10. Trying to aim to go 3 X a week. Once prescription finishes I plan to carry on hopefully for life, & hopefully I will try new things at the gym, groups etc to gain some confidence help with mental health. Through circumstances though I'm taking one step at a time, & looking forward to a gym being my second home 😂. (Me the gym 😂😂) Thank you to the couple of staff I have been involved with so far. Lovely people. ❤️ Amazing bike track where people with disabilities can get back on bicycles. Where families can take children to safely ride a bike away from traffic. Chris put me on three different bikes all tricycles and safe. He was most supportive and clearly loves his job. He got my wife back on a mountain bike after 10years 70 plus and let her try a racing tricycle. This an amazing resource and Hereford can be proud of it. Staff are very helpful. There are classes to suit all ages and abilities. Love it here.
