The venue is much improved after the recent re-vamp, however have taken off two stars because: Toilets - still fairly grotty and in need of a clean, though I think this may improve as time goes on. Bar drinks - no local beers/ciders available, which is very poor considering its in Hereford, a city very much orientated on cider!!! Otherwise, a nice venue which definitely feels like it has improved. It’s much improved since my last visit and it’s clear they are making a big effort to improve the venue - I look forward to seeing how it turns out. Staff are very helpful and friendly and worked hard to make sure our visit was memorable. They delivered excellent customer service in the interactions I had with them. The facilities are much better and have been modernised - kids enjoyed both the laser tag and bowling. The arcade is good too with a range of amusements. The kids are already asking to go back so we’ll be making a return visit soon. As the improvements continue, I can see this becoming a very popular attraction which is just what Hereford needs! Visited yesterday and wow what a transformation! The were fab, really warm and welcoming that mixed with the new atmospheric lighting really made a difference to how much we enjoyed ourselves we will definitely be back (yummy cocktails too 😉) We had a party here for my son's birthday. We all had a brilliant time... The new tables and benches on the alleys are great, as is the arcade. The children demolished the delicious pizza, squash and ice cream. The were very lovely however there were not enough of them which slowed things down a lot. We especially felt for the woman who seemed to be running the place on her own for the first half an hour we were there, booking people in, helping at the lanes and serving at the bar! This place would be really with a few more 😊 Absolutely fantastic experience at Hereford Bowl! The place has had an amazing transformation – it’s brilliant to see an old, rundown establishment finally getting the love and care it truly deserves. The atmosphere is great, clean, and welcoming. The food was a real highlight – the sides are excellent and the 3 for £13 deal is an absolute bargain! On top of that, £5 a game for bowling is an absolute steal – you just can’t go wrong. Whether you’re with family or friends, it’s definitely the place to be in Hereford right now! The were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The are fantastic – friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They clearly care about giving every guest a experience. The refurbishment work is well underway and it’s exciting to see the transformation happening. The new lanes look amazing – not all of them are finished yet, but the ones that are complete are modern, smooth, and to bowl on. It’s definitely moving in the right direction and you can tell it’s only going to get better from here. Massive credit to the team for their hard work and vision – it’s really paying off. It's a completely different place now . Just got 6 lanes upstairs to do and it will make all the difference. Laser quest is fun for the kids two and the bowl and laser deal is decent value.
