I recently visited the of Pakistan in Bradford for the power of attorney attestation and I was really impressed with the level of service. The were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, making the whole much smoother than expected. I was able to book an online easily, and when I arrived, I didn’t have to wait long. The was well-organized, and everything was processed efficiently. They also provided clear instructions on what I needed to bring, which made it easy to prepare. Highly recommend this for anyone in need of consular services in the Bradford area. It’s definitely one of the more streamlined consular services I’ve used. Especially thanks to Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmed. Excellent support by the hard working staff. I went in with alot of stress, apprehension and wrong impressions in my mind. I have never been so happy to be proven so wrong. We received Amazing facilitation by the diligent of Bradford Consulate. Special shout out to Owais who really helped us, guided us and sorted out our issue. Even more proud of being a Pakistani today I had an excellent experience at the Pakistan bradford. The Nadra identity card was quick and efficient, and the were very polite and throughout the process. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to assisting visitors. Very good experience was made . We had all relevant paperwork. Was seen promptly. Lady that was helping customers was very efficient and only issue is parking also don't park outside in road you will receive a fine there are no double yellow lines just a sign that is high up beware!! I genuinely have no idea why leave 1-star reviews. The is clearly explained: book an appointment, bring the required documents, and arrive on time. When you do that, everything is smooth, quick, and stress-free. Most of the negativity seems to come from who ignore the rules, walk in without an appointment, and then get upset when they’re not seen immediately. That’s not the consulate’s fault — that’s refusing to follow simple instructions. The here are professional, polite, patient, and extremely helpful, even when dealing with challenging situations caused by those who don’t follow the system. If you respect the process, you’ll get five-star service. Highly recommended. Very and professional throughout was excellent , compared to the Glasgow it was night and day . in general were throughout the , you have some individuals with a level of Pakistani arrogance and self importance but you have to give it lip service. Importantly got the job done . visited today to renew my NICOP, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Everyone was incredibly and friendly, which I honestly didn’t expect. I only wish I had noted down their names to give proper credit. Thank you to the team for making the so smooth and pleasant! Went last Wednesday to get my kid’s ID card. Appointment was booked in for 10 but got seen at 10.35 Took about 5 mins to do the application. Pretty straight forward. Workers were nice and polite. The 5 stars are for the lovely graceful sister Kubra. She keeps the chaos calm. Some will shout but she remains calm. Very helpful. Maybe have more ladies to help run things smoothly. It's actually not too bad with the appointments system. Used to be a cattle market up Leeds Rd. Hands down the worst imaginable. Genuinely an embarrassment of an embassy. No in place, rude to those who sit and wait and let others go inside whenever they want if they please. Whoever was working on passports on the 13/01/2025, was the worst most rude worker I have ever came across. No such thing as customer just a bunch of arrogant clowns who let “power” get to their heads. This embassy is a disgrace and should be investigated immediately. Charging for a joke level of service. Behave as if they are doing us such a big favour by sitting around doing the job they get paid to do, with our money. Train your clown workers basic customer and don’t just pick and chose who you let through to get dealt with, the rest of us book appointments and enter when it’s our number. Lowest value passport in the world and behave like they are special. Absolute embarrassment. One tiny tight room to work with and they call this an embassy. Take my advice and get some UK born educated workers and watch how all the complaints stop. Very lady who helped my mum with all the copies and made sure everything was correct . Even though there was a rush she made sure to help everyone out as soon as she could and thanks to her the rush died down. The here were very quick and but patience is definitely important when your here! Just another corrupt like back home! No body answers calls, impossible to get an appointment, crashed at exactly 2pm when appointments are supposed to be picked. Just another money making scam, don’t even both turning up because the old lady receptionist will just tell you that she can’t help you It is quite disappointing that no online appointments have been released for the past three weeks, despite checking the promptly at 2:00 PM each day as advised. It’s unclear why this continues to happen, and one wonders about the efficiency of the in place. We sincerely hope the issue is addressed soon. Very poor and very poor company conduct. My father payed for a Nadra card renewal on numerous occasions he came into the Bradford branch with all his details, to be told they can’t find his account or purchase when he payed via bank account, funny how the payment shows on his bank statements, He payed for a and this Pakistani company did not deliver not surprised to be honest when they should be looking into this and investigating the matter further. More like a fraud company. Nobody answers the phone or emails neither. Very poor management.I can’t believe how such a company like the Pakistan can be and is allowed to be operating with such poor quality and management in the United Kingdom. Absolutely disgraceful service. The entire is an utter mess, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The consulate’s website consistently shows multiple available slots, yet every time I try to book one, it throws an error saying the appointments are fully booked. This has been happening for days — if not weeks — and there’s no transparency or explanation as to why. It’s completely unacceptable for an official government to operate with such inefficiency. There is no proper customer support to assist or clarify the issue either. Calling or emailing the leads to no real help, just more delays and confusion. People rely on consular services for urgent matters — passports, NICOPs, visas — yet the Bradford seems either unwilling or unable to provide even the most basic level of digital or customer service. The outdated and broken booking alone reflects a complete lack of care or accountability. This is a call for the Pakistani authorities to seriously look into the operations of this consulate. The community deserves better than this disorganized, unresponsive, and frankly embarrassing service. “I visited the Pakistan in Bradford today for my passport appointment. The whole experience was very smooth. The were very polite, and professional. Everything was completed quickly and I was out within 45 minutes. I’m really satisfied with the service. Thank you to the entire team for making the easy. Regards Nimra Wajid We have just come back from of Pakistan Bradford. We had an extremely positive experience, every member was extremely helpful, going beyond their duty and supporting all attendees. We would like to give a special shout out to sister Kubra, who was the most helpful, kind and considerate, and personally provided a wheelchair for one of our family attendees. 10/10 for the Pakistani High commission in Bradford, which makes us even more proud as Pakistanis. I started to call dot on the opening hour and left messages and tried again..at every turn the machine spoke that the operators are busy..Surely they can't be busier than GP surgeries!.. Called Manchester AND Birmingham..all with the same replies..can't be THAT busy? The Pakistani in Bradford is nothing but a reflection of the corrupt back home—always a nightmare to deal with. A few members are decent, but the rest? Utterly useless. One particular woman, who's been sitting there for over a decade, is the biggest joke of all. She’s probably in her 50s but desperately tries to hide it under layers of makeup. Instead of doing her job, she spends her time smoking cigarettes, sucking up to the bosses, and giving special treatment to guys with fancy cars or "cute" looks. No wonder she's been glued to that seat for so long—she knows how to keep the right happy. As for the consulate’s service? A complete disaster. They never answer calls, despite the fact that their salaries come from our tax money. And booking an appointment? Practically impossible. Their corrupt "opens" slots daily at 2 PM, but surprise, surprise—it crashes the moment you try. The message? "All slots booked, try again tomorrow." But here’s the real scam: these barely allow six appointments a day, and most of those are secretly pre-booked for their own friends and family. So, an average Pakistani citizen? Forget about getting an anytime soon. This is exactly why have lost faith in institutions like these. They are run by selfish, incompetent individuals who do nothing but exploit and humiliate their own people. Shameful. We've just had our Nadra cards posted to our home . Very happy with the whole from the visit to the embassy in Bradford to getting the cards. They're very caring especially if you're disabled- they even got a wheel chair if you need it. Thank you to all the at the embassy for your kind help and for a hassle free visit 👍. I am extremely disappointed with the at the Pakistan in Bradford. The experience was nothing short of horrendous: - Contradictory requirements: The documents clearly state one set of requirements, yet demand additional documents that are not listed. There is no clarity on whether ID documents must be valid, and when I asked about NICOP requirements, the response was vague and dismissive, citing “old policy” without explanation. - Unprofessional conduct: displayed no manners, no customer service, and no willingness to assist. There was no one at the counter to guide visitors — are left to figure things out themselves. - Failure to follow procedure: The documents explicitly mentioned in the letter were not even checked. Instead, unnecessary documents were requested, wasting time and causing confusion. - Poor organization: The entire office is disorganized, chaotic, and gives the impression of being run without any standards. - Language barrier: struggled to communicate in proper English, making the even more frustrating for visitors. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The reflects poorly on the Government of Pakistan by employing untrained, ill-mannered who cannot deliver even basic customer service. It is a shameful representation of the country abroad. The online website says the appointments open up at 2pm sharp; I've been trying non stop for 40 minutes and the calendar is still greyed out. I don't think they understand what the word 'sharp' means- I will definitely be gifting an English dictionary to them, should I miraculously get an appointment. Then, they have the nerve to leave rude replies to customer reviews, rather than asking how they can help us. I guess I will have to bribe someone to get an appointment. Not surprised quite frankly, what an absolute disgrace. You are making Pakistan very proud! I had an excellent experience at the Pakistan High in Bradford on 03/02/2025. Kubra was absolutely a diamond! She was incredibly patient, listened to all my concerns, and provided me with all the information I needed. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to Kubra for her outstanding service! Would highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
