Easy access to motorways The best BCA branch I have been to Hi, Bought a car its grade 3 which you can see in pictures. There grading is very bad 3 to four panel damaged and they put grade 3 which I green . Doggy grading always in bca ..shame😡😡😤 This is the only branch where you have to wait till exactly the collection slot and it’s turns o’clock before they will release the car turned up early at 10am, but have to wait till 11am before they will release. Other branches just give the keys and let you go in the yard to find the car. Rude at the reception too. Quick efficient pick up of a car bought from BCA. Professional good service. Bought a car which was all green on the report with no lights on the dash. When I picked the car up the abs and traction control lights were on. Also led light was not working which will cost me about 6/700 to fix. When I told the it’s not as described in the reports or pics they would not help and said they won’t do anything about it. Obviously they turned the light off with diagnostic tool just to get the report green. Avoid this bca!!! They take ages to bring out cars , whereas other BCA units doesn't somehow follow the same system as they do. They kept me waiting longer than an hour for 4 cars and no one seemed to know the actual reason of dealy. Poor service! are amazing 😻 Bought astra with all green and grade 1 then arrived with oil light on ! Car needs immediate service !! Now I will loose 2k if I re list !! I arrived a little earlier than my time allocation. Of course I understand that times are there to make things flow better. But when there is no one in the office and you are waiting for 15 minute to be spoken to only to be told to wait outside as your time slot is not yet arrived is clearly not what I expected. To top it off the assured report clearly isn’t worth the paper it is written on. 5 miles out of the centre the car broke down, over heated and possible new engine required. Maybe me slightly with the situation but I don’t quite understand how a customer is made to wait and then be told to wait outside. Quick service good guys I wouldn't trust them at all One of the worst bca sites! So unorganised, waited over 1hr for a none-runner, Arrived at opening..... Shocking !
