This one of my favourite places for coffee in Madeira. Be warned, their cappuccino is unusual, topped with whipped cream as well as the usual foam. Many places serve the sweetened cream in a separate pot. Great place to chill on a warm afternoon. Really coffe place in the park. We had cappucino with whiped cream, poncha maracuja, caramel coffe and pastel de nata. Everything was tasty. The staff was also nice. We will come back. It is a small café in the municipal garden. There were three of us - a couple and a 23 month old. There was no baby chair, but the staff was friendly and helpful. We had the prego in bolo do caco with fries. It was the best we had in Funchal. It was really really good. We also tried their mango juice, which was freshly made and delicious, with little pieces of mango. The gardens are small, but it is a experience to eat outside in the warm sunny weather. I would definitely recommend their bolo do caco. The most ignorant employees I have ever seen on this island, rude girl makes drinks and no one of her colleagues cares if you say anything. Avoid this place, there are many much better around place to have an coffee, ice cream or drink. Good, friendly service This is a great place for a meal breakfast or lunch service is excellent if you're visiting Madeira definitely recommend 👌 I went for a beer. The location is super nice, but the service was not attentive at all, and the price of the beer was more than double of what I have paid elsewhere in Funchal (11€ for half a liter) . Won't be back at that café when visiting the beautiful garden.
