Very nice sightseeing in the little green , much to learn about Luxembourg history , beautiful garden and viaduct and rocks and rivers and stories The views are truely charming. The route goes through the old town which is enough to explore it, however, i did not like the guide, i prefer traditional way of telling history of places rather than a conversation style. This is a fun way to explore the city! Make sure to book a if you’re in lux for a few hours. If you have only a day to visit Luxemburg and you don’t want to walk the whole by foot, it’s a good way to see the most parts in a covered cabin. + Dogs are allowed + Staff is friendly + was mostly empty on a Friday afternoon - is not available in italian - Bumpy ride, and I mean really bumpy. - (in any language) has a bad quality - (most of the languages) is interrupted / repeated multiple times - The stopped for no reason for 10 minutes - The is extremely slow and brings you to places you can visit by simply walking - Rather expensive for the quality (14.9 Euros for each adult) - stops multiple times to open gates / lower traffic pillars - Personally I found it quite boring We didn't have much and this is probably the best option for a quick of the old with children. Beautiful views, informative guide, and the children really liked the format. We booked and paid in advance through Booking.com and just came to our and immediately boarded the train. We enjoyed the trip around the but towards the end the got stuck, and we had to get transferred to a coach to take us back. Not the fault of the operator but we didn’t get the full benefit of the and no refund or voucher for another later ride, which was a shame. We paid €14.50 per adult and it left on time. There are 3 carriages but oddly enough the front was only a couple of people whilst the rear ones were full. It is a bit bumpy and if like me you are 6ft you can bump your knees on the seat in front! Fermé l'hiver. This would be a great experience to move around the in limited time. Worthy of payment done for this trip. The passed through all the prominent places which is rated as the oldest by Unesco for long years. Very interesting tour. Best way to visit and learn history of Luxembourg 🇱🇺 It is not a must and price worthy. It was like 45 minutes, but the route is not meaningful. Also it is shaking all the route. Still if you have kids you can use it as an alternative. I added some photos from the route. How is it possible that in a that claims to want to be greener and more environmentally friendly, this type of tourist transport — which is nothing more than a diesel tractor — is allowed? It's a clear contradiction. On top of that, it moves at a very low speed, causing traffic and delays to public transport, which in turn leads to even more pollution. Would’ve been great if there were clearer signs or updates on when exactly the was leaving. We hung around waiting, when we could’ve easily used that to walk and explore nearby — especially since the area looked interesting. The original plan was to stay indoors and avoid the cold winds, which we did, and the itself was comfy. But with better info, the could’ve been better spent. The was not at all good, hardly able to follow and listen. The looks cute which tempted us to take the ride. But the was not that great. I did not like the experience at all. The makes a lot of noise, which makes it difficult to hear the audio. The format of the (a conversation) is unclear to follow — it’s often not obvious which building is being referred to, and sometimes the sound suddenly becomes very loud and shrill. It’s also expensive, 42€ for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. On top of that, you sit cramped for 40 minutes in the stinking exhaust fumes — to switch to electric? I bought the ticket online. I liked the route. I didn't like: 1. The sound in the headphones keeps disappearing. 2. My son got sick and I wrote to the organizer in advance about the possibility of making a refund. My letter was ignored. The in the Old Town of Luxembourg is an absolute gem! 🌟🚂 As you board the Pétrusse Express, you’ll be transported back in time. The cobbled streets, medieval architecture, and historic landmarks unfold before your eyes. The provides captivating stories about the Luxembourg Fortress, making the experience both educational and delightful. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, this is a must-do. Don’t miss out on this charming exploration! 🇱🇺 Wonderful view, great train, and route. Especially the ticket guy and driver, Jeff, were so nice, polite, and friendly. 🙏🙏 Strongly recommend A Wonderful on the in Luxembourg I recently had the pleasure of taking a on the in Luxembourg, and I must say it was a delightful experience.
