Its well set out very well staffed we were there for a children's we had our own section for the children that were invited . the played for an hour then sat down for some food. the collected the pizzas and trollied them in to the hall. Its was very good. The only downside was finding the building that the inflate and was in. It definitely needs sign posts to direct you. We hosted our son's and rented out the entire space, and it couldn't have gone better! The were super friendly and always ready to help us out. We have attended several sessions and parties at Inflate ‘N’ before, but as guests we were never really involved in much communication or contact with the staff. Yesterday was our own there, and our was Olivia. She mentioned that she was new, but she was absolutely brilliant and provided a service. He was socialising and joking with the children and parents involved, which really put our minds at ease and created a more relaxed atmosphere. Sorry about this review, but our was extremely unsatisfactory. My daughter had a on Sunday, we weren't happy with the service. The member of that was designated to us was sad, and seemed 'forced' to be there. Without letting us know, she cut the cake and didn't give us a chance to take a picture, I didn't notice as I was sitting with family. I even mentioned it to her, but she didn't bother, I felt like it was a joke and it was very disappointing. When pizza was served, I had to serve it to the children, as she left when the were eating. At the end, when I asked for the cake to be served, it wasn't served, rather wrapped in cheap paper. They didn't even provide utensils, though we offered to pay for it. By the they retrieved forks, over half the had left the table without eating cake, which was so embarrassing. I'm never arranging a here again, the only satisfaction from my was the fact that my daughter enjoyed bouncing with her friends. The timing was too short, (an hour and 30 minutes) even the guest felt rushed and didn't enjoy the food. The hall was nearly empty, we were the only at the time. Communications in advance by email and WhatsApp were clear and professional and gave us confidence in the organisation of the team. I had attended another here, so included it in the venues I made enquiries to. By a long way, Inflate n Canterbury were the first to get back to me with availability, pricing list etc. This continued right up to the day of the party, with professional, efficient, consistent communication. The pricing was competitive with other similar venues. However, I don't think they would have been as supportive and accommodating. Inflate n went out of their way to make things easy for us, including additional food ordered for children with allergies and purchasing and providing snacks we had requested. The amount of food was perfect. All of the were professional and helpful on the day, including checking all of the timings and decorations with us. And they all were smiling and polite throughout. We had a 2 hour which was 1.5 hours on the inflatable followed by dominos pizza and then cake. The inflatable is just the right challenging size for 4-8 years I'd say but fantastically, our 11 year old and her 2 friends enjoyed themselves also. They all came off after 1 hour for Slushies and temporary tattoos which they allowed us to put on and provided the water, sponge and blue roll! For a 4 year old, this timing was exactly right. They couldn't have jumped or eaten any more and were all ready to go home at 2 hours. They had the Professor lead the Happy song and checked that we were happy with timing for this. When they were tidying up for us, they checked before throwing any food or decorations away. Toilets were clean and accessible. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. The booking process was easy, the were really helpful prior to and on the day, organsing us a table, explaining the rules and supporting our visit.
