Visited for the 1st today during the SEN session as my 7 year old is autistic and has never been able to stand being inside areas. This means there was no music, no dark areas, no crazy lights and a limited amount of inside. To my delight my boy actually went inside and sat at a table where we let him adjust and gave him some food and drinks. Slowly but surely he gained confidence and started to in the play! In fact he enjoyed it so much he actually asked to 'explore' the venue and looked all around the place. For the 1st in his whole 7 years he has finally been able to experience the joy of and is now excited to go back. Staff are friendly, calm and efficient. Refreshments available with plenty of seating. equipment is clean and safe. Ample parking. Decent price. Highly recommended 👌 Took my niece here today and she absolutely loved it. The is a good size and you can keep an eye while the are playing due to the layout. I was a little hesitant about coming out due to covid but everything was kept very clean throughout the we were there and I felt very safe. We had dinner and the food was a high standard compared to similar businesses that I’ve visited. Very impressed will be returning soon. I booked a bounce disco for my twins 7th birthday. Booking online was simple, paid a deposit and recieved an email to pay the rest the week before. Also recived a courtesy call a couple days before to check the numbers and any allergies. Set us was a hatch to the kitchen where parents could buy drinks or snacks, table set up with squash water and plates and some other seating behind this for adults. Main was large with bouncy castle, inflatables and bumper cars. 16 attended aged 3 to 13. All had a great time. One child has a food allergy and was given extra nuggets in lieu of pizza. Plenty of food to go round, chips, pizza, nuggets and fruit. We also booked glitter tattoos which were avaliable for the entire party. had an amazing time. very attentive and also plenty of them, one in charge of glitter tattoos, one host and one in charge of bumper cars. all very pleasant and on hand for any enquiries. Would definitely recommend loved the light up bumper cars and the big inflatable slides. Recommend especially as an alternative to a traditional party. Under one roof is ideal for young and older as the space bettween those ares are distant and divided letting the younger playing more safely. Of course an adult supervisor is recommended all the times. Food is good and the prices are reasonable. Attended a on Saturday on the disco side and unfortunately my granddaughter and other suffered grazes on the backs of their legs and bottoms from the first slide as you enter the is was sticky and they basically fell down it rather than slid down it! The itself is perfect for party’s and the were vigilant and respectful We've had loads of parties at under one roof over the years and the experience just keeps getting better! The moment you walk in your parry host gets the names of the attending and confirms their dietary restrictions again then all you've got to do is get yourself a really lovely cup of coffee from the cafe and chill out!!! The venue itself is so pretty and clean - not like the other plays I've been subjected to with scummy oily cups of tea! Also the actually keep an eye on the to make sure aren't in sections they shouldn't be - obviously parents should be monitoring what their are doing as the aren't there to provide childcare but it's nice to know they are keeping an eye and making announcements if needed when parents are doing their job! The food and drink options are really nice as well - we had some loaded nachos which was really nice and halloumi fries that everyone was fighting for the last one. The host Kayleigh couldn't do enough for us - she was everywhere all the time! So attentive, easy going and just had everything running like clockwork - took all the stress away! The at under one roof are just the nicest bunch as well - always service with a smile and nothing is too much bother. Wouldn't go anywhere else for play! My toddler had a great Great place for to run of some energy, however the food is atrocious as you can see by my pictures the ham a cheese toastie was more like a piece of toast, which cost me £6.25 for with a handful of crisps and a mouthful of salad. So if I returned I will not be ordering food an there rules are not to take you own food well I think people will have to as there food will definitely not even fill whole. We love under1roof! The summer rocks pool party, totally exceeded our expectations. There was so much for the to on. The organised entertainment was amazing, it even had mum wanting to join in. However we did a package with them for the first and it exceeded expectations. The were wonderful and helpful, making sure some issues we had were resolved easily and swiftly. Our host Lucy was wonderful, making sure we were okay and helping to coordinate and run the timings of the party. Booked a unfortunately quite a large number of guests didn't come the were amazing done some add ons and a lil refund even tho they really didn't have to. Not happy that you have to pay for a baby(that is in arms). My baby can't even sit up or crawl and I have to a extra £1.50. If the baby is walking or crawling fair enough but baby in the pram or in my arms. You have to pay for adults too it's not included in the child price.
