Ci siamo fermati a pranzo una domenica di giugno dopo aver opportunamente prenotato telefonicamente, visto che era pieno. Il Rifugio si trova a 1395 metri pochi chilometri dopo Erbezzo; dopo il paese la strada è un po' strettina e in alcuni punti due macchine non ci passano. La strada che porta al Rifugio Dardo è in parte sterrata e in parte cementata, ma è meno di un km e si arriva su tranquillamente. Dal Rifugio si ha una bellissima vista sulla vallata e sulla parte alta della Lessinia. È bello mangiare fuori sotto gli ombrelloni proprio per questo, anche se spesso c'è aria. Molto bello anche il rifugio all'interno. Facendo qualche centinaio di metri oltre il Rifugio, si ha una bellissima vista sul Baldo e su parte del Lago di Garda. La struttura è gestita da ragazzi giovani molto simpatici e "alla buona". Menù semplice, ma con altri piatti del giorno che rendono l'offerta più che adeguata. Tutto molto buono, con porzioni adeguate e prezzi nella media. Un bel punto di riferimento in Lessinia, anche se mediamente i rifugi / le malghe che ho visitato in zona sono tutti di buon livello, con stabili ristrutturati da poco e offerta gastronomica valida. We came across this refuge by chance and had such a great time. The walk to get there is beautiful, and once you arrive the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, and I especially loved seeing the cows — it made the whole experience feel authentic and close to nature. Will definitely come back to try their food. Unica pecca , i cani non sono ammessi. Direi che ormai questa cosa possa essere superata, soprattutto in montagna, dove la gente va spesso con i propri compagni pelosi. Abbiamo dovuto pranzare all' aperto, e la giornata non era delle migliori.
