Apart from the excellent customer service, which included recommendations not at all based on profit and which were definitely worth listening to, their food is no laughing matter either. With most consumptions they can give you several types of "tapas" and snacks which will have the right amounts of ingredients, without cutting out on the expensive ones or buffing the cheap ones. We couldn't taste the whole of their menu, of course. However we did get an omelette ("tortilla") which, even though it was a bit too salty, was completely delicious. There is, however, one negative thing I should probably add (though compared with all the positive things, it doesn't affect the experience at all).
