Jardins del príncep

Tortosa, Spain Cultural landmark

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Albeit a bit small, nice gardens with some interesting sculptures and a very interesting highlight in the old well in the centre. Un lloc especial dins la nostre història Fabulous place to visit whilst in Tortosa, lots of interesting sculptures, history and beautiful planting. The lady at the kiosk was exceptionally helpful. Recommend a visit for sure. Low key but interesting. Tranquil sculpture garden with a climb up to a portion of the city walls. Romantic place to visit with your girlfriend/boyfriend, very beautiful and peaceful place. Before you actually go there, check the time table when it’s open, I had bad luck and it’s was closed when I was first time there... Very close are free parking and local bars, also fantastic hotel Mirador. Definitely to be visited place. Small but pretty gardens. The lady selling entrance tickets is very friendly and helpful. It is good, the statues are interesting, if you like that kind of thing, it is nice. It is not a well documented "botanical garden" if you are looking to see huge varieties of plants Amazing place,it opens a breathtaking view to the city. Beautiful natural gardens with sculptures, set in the castle walls with stunning mountain backdrop. Plenty of information given about the history of its origins, placed around the Gardens. Very Nice garden with beautiful statues. Worthwhile visiting! Lovely garden with great sculptures hidden away under the castle. A really pleasant place to visit. Even tho we visited in December and the gardens not in full bloom, still a really beautiful place. Lots to see and explore. The kids enjoyed it too! The gentleman in the ticket office was extremely helpful (we couldn't speak spainish) he patiently helped and he showed us where to go/what to see, half way through the visit he came and gave us a bag full of brochures (which were in english as well as spainish) of local attractions. If in the area a must see!
