The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful Tortosa is a renaissance city with its old buildings and a Cathedral also recently discovered Roman ruins.This city stands on a river overlooked by the mountains. There is a charming that was once a slaughter house . It is charming steeped in history and worth visiting. Xavi is great. He speaks no English (yet) but still went to great lengths to help us out.
