A brand-new rock climbing is exciting. The cafe provides more food options. It becomes more attractive! More staff needed to over look childrens safety. My toddle loved it. Cafe is reasonably priced. Kind lady serving in the cafe, we would visit again This is one of our (my three year old and I) favourite trampoline parks. I like that the whole park is so wide that I can let him run around and see him most of the time. He loves having so much to run around on. The inflatable slides and assault course are a great addition. There is also a climbing wall balance beam and jump pad. The sitting is very spacious and the cafe is reasonably priced. Think they have a special of two pizza and four drinks for £20 also Top tip you can get a second hour for half price. Which is great because my boy tends to run out of steam after 40 min and after a 20 min snack break would usually miss the last part of his hour but this extends it nicely. The staff are really nice and friendly which makes you feel welcome like going to a friend's house. My only grumble was that terminator Salvation was positioned right on the way in which doesent seem appropriate for the little ones but they have just changed it so the arcades have their own area. Which is great, thank you. They could also do with a massive clock so you can see how much time you have left but that's minor really. I recommend this place to my friends and it looks like a great place to have a birthday party. Place always in a rush, open a few hours and the catering is a mess, with little on offer to feed kids. Also plan ahead if you want a drink, first 20 minutes of each hour they'll be a wait. Great fun for the kids. Great cafe for the adults. Clean environment, friendly staff cree parking and WiFi. Cafe prices aren't too bad either. Would go again. We attended a birthday party at there and the reception does not alert the customer to register the car, and I got 60 pounds fine for unauthorized parking!!! This is ridiculous as a soft play. It is not in the city or council hall just a rural countryside softplay and they installed a camera parking. The reception should be responsible to do it but they failed and we need to pay for it. Never go here again. Despite returning with a proof of purchase, Oxygen refuse to take any accountability for not suggesting number plate entry at check in. With four eager kids in tow, the signs aren't omnipresent or clear, and 10 seconds at check in would have avoided all the confusion. While waiting for a decision on the appeal (once we had received it via our car lease company) escalation, the parking company doubled the fine, and Oxygen subsequently refused to interject. I would be sympathetic if we did not have clear receipt of payment, but while they admit payment has been received for a visit per their Ts and Cs, they will not stop 3rd party demands for the fine.
