Όταν ήταν καινούργια ήταν πολύ ωραία τώρα όμως θέλει λίγη συντήρηση και δεν δίνει σημασία κανένας. Μεγάλης σε έκταση παιδική χαρά, με πολλά όργανα για διάφορες ηλικίες, χρήζει συντήρησης (τρύπες στο τεχνητό γρασίδι) και ανακαίνισης (μερικά όργανα λόγω πολυχρησιας). Η λεξη εγκατάλειψη είναι πολυ επιεικείς να περιγράψει την κατάσταση της παιδικής "χαράς " ! Το κάστρο τρίζει ολόκληρο, οι κούνιες απο το σκάψιμο στον τάπητα θα βγει πετρέλαιο σε λίγο! Όλη η παιδική εχει γεμίσει χοντρά χαλίκια (πέτρες) απο το υπόστρωμα που εχει βγει στην επιφάνεια! Για τα σκουπίδια δεν θα πω γιατί πρέπει εμείς όλοι να φροντίζουμε για αυτό...αλλα οτι ολα είναι ξεβαμενα και ολα τα ξύλα έτοιμα να σπάσουν......... Δυο αστέρια λόγω του ήλιου.. !!! Δεν μπορούμε να κάτσουμε ..τα παγκάκια είναι μέσα στον ήλιο, έχει μόνο δύο ξύλινα σκέπαστρα τα οποία δεν μπορούν να κάτσουνε όλοι οι γονείς. Ολα τα παιχνίδια τέλεια, ωραία αλλά αυτός ο ήλιος δεν παλεύεται.. Όλα τα πάρκα θα έπρεπε να έχουν σκέπαστρα από πάνω . Η παιδική χαρά αυτή ήταν παλαιότερα πρότυπο χώρου, όμως τώρα χρειάζεται άμεση συντήρηση. Ο τάπητας έχει γεμίσει τρύπες και χαλίκια, ενώ αρκετά παιχνίδια έχουν φθορές λόγω μεγάλης επισκεψιμότητας.
