Beautiful location for a walk and to take in the views. There are plenty of parking spaces and there are a number of lovely scenic walks you can do from here. There is a small pier with benches and you can watch the train go over the estuary as it makes its way along the coast. Very relaxing with public toilets and a few places to get coffee and cake. A beautiful beach with spectacular views and very nice restaurants and shops. What a lovely find the tide was out, so we had a massive beach area. Its a very old area but it's outlook over the estuary is lovely. Finish the day off with fish and chips honestly what a lovely day Such a lovely and quite place to enjoy the sea, there is unique view of bridge, sea, train passing over it, etc Loved it, bit too windy Some nice shops around and we picked a few handcrafts very good price Beautiful bay. Shops & eateries along the beach front Lovely place to go for a walk especially with a dog. We parked in the beach car park with no problems. We also stayed around to watch the tide come in which was cool. Decided to make the most of nice weather and visit here. Nice relaxing place beautiful scenery and a visit to local bar J J Crossfields for a coffee and sandwich. Great beach, fantastic views, parking area a little uneven, great fish and chips nearby as well as shop for food options.
