Schöner ruhiger Strand. Wenig Wellen, ideal also auch für kleinere Kids. Es geht flach ins Wasser. Viele Bars mit Liegemöglichkeiten und Erfrischungen. Now I love this and its surroundings. We came here from Perea. Much is different here. It's a quieter corner of the magnificent Aegean Sea coast. It's a smaller, more cozy village. The is sandy, the is warm, and there's excellent shallow water. You can wade deep into the water, but it's still only half as deep as a person's height. Probably the best reachable in Thessaloniki. You can get here from the city centre by one of about three different ships. There are restaurants here with chairs and sunscreens that you can go to or bigger vacant places for your own stuff. The is nice, there is, however, a lot of seagrass in the sea, which makes the swimming a bit uncomfortable. If you are in Thessaloniki and don't plan to go anywhere else, you should go here. If you can travel, go to some of the many beautiful islands around. Πολυ όμορφο μέρος και ωραια θάλασσα! Ακόμα και τον χειμώνα και την άνοιξη είναι όμορφη η βόλτα! We visited Neoi Epivates in a Friday afternoon, mid June. The place was reaaaaaly relaxing with the sun setting in the sea and Thesesaloniki's lights starting to shine over the sea... We didn't swim but the waters seemed to be OK... We will definitely come again with sea towels, beers and books :-) Strandpromenade sehr schön zu laufen. Der Strand ist sehr schmal und nicht sehr einladend. Super nice beach. My favourite so far. The sea is calm, the gradient is really low, it is sandy as far as I went. is salty so you float naturally. It has a really relaxed vibe and there are plenty of restaurants nearby and on the Amazing , the is great and the view is beautiful. You have to pay a drink per person to have a bed but its worth it of course, you get a bed for 5 euros basically and a juice for example. The music is loud but its quite in my opinion, it may bother some people. Theres also two voleyball courts on the beach. place in general, i recommend it. We went midweek, it was a but windy but the place was nowhere near full or packed , so it was very comfortable and not crowded This used to be a really but has now been neglected by the local council. Like others say below, it's full of dead sea grass on the and live sea grass at the bottom of the sea. But that's not the only nuisance. There are long plastic ropes in the too, blown back and forth by the wind, which anyone who tries to swim collides with. Add to that inconsiderate fellow goers who play loud music, or take the dog in the with them, play ball games where try and relax on their towels and this becomes a proper nightmare. The authorities will really need to regulate behaviours here and enforce the regulations actively, if they want this to remain a tourist destination and a source of income. Finally, since other reviewers below try to advertise the Cool Bar. This is the biggest nuisance on this beach. Someone who said he is the barman came to force me to order something from their bar because I was sitting on the by the and tried to insult me that I am cheap when I told him I didn't want anything. He claims that they have the exclusive use of the but would not produce any proof when I asked and even told me that I am annoying when I told him he'll have to call the police if he wants me to move. Of course, this is because Greek law demands that beds are placed 5 metres away from the and the public have a legal right to use the within those 5 metres by the water. I have already spoken to the police about this and they advise that they are called at the moment the harassment takes place. You have basically been warned. The place is nice with many taverns and bars. But the sea during the summer period is not with much of seaweed, I don't like it for swimming. חוף פשוט, נוח, נקי. מתאים במיוחד לילדים. בטיחותי למדי. The could be cleaner, as only private beaches and areas near bars are maintained. However, I like it overall! There are just a few in September, so it’s quiet. The is and shallow, perfect for children. Lifeguards are on duty every day, and there is an accessible ramp for with disabilities, as well as toilets and changing rooms. Nice beach, shallow sea - great for kids and with beautiful sunsets and view to Olympus mountain! Unique place: wide beach, trees aside, that make natural shaddow, small water, with on the bottom and a lot of fauna to explore with a snorkeller. Very long beach, with many free places to sit on the in a quiet atmosphere. Many locals prefer this and come every day, for a couple of hours, to swim, sunbathe and spend time with friends. Amazing sunsets can be seen from here. At dawn, many locals come for fishing. to spend the day on, you can arrive from Thessaloniki, either by bus with one change or directly by one of two boats - Konstadis or Thessaloniki. We chose the second option and it was worth it. Ticket price is €7 one way per person. They both depart from port of Thessaloniki or White Tower. Travel takes around 50 minutes and seems better option than travelling by two buses. You can arrive at one of two beaches, Perea or Nei Epivates, both are similar, both have bars with food and exotic looking drinks :-) Great wide beach, flat, carton waters. For a near Thessaloniki is the rather clear. Enough space for own sun umbrella and towel between organised areas with sunbeds and parasols with service or food and drinks, showers and changing cabins. Only those who don’t understand what is real blue see will like it. To me, impossible to swim here. The smell makes it worst. Perea is the same. Less full than the main promenade, even though it is less than 10 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle. Very enjoyable and peaceful. Beautiful with soft and (on days)! This is really lovely, with soft, pleasant and no stones. You can even find seashells in the water. Starting in May, it’s relatively clean as it’s regularly cleared of trash — though before the season starts, cleanliness can be an issue. Like most beaches, there are and bad days. On bad days, there can be a lot of seaweed and the isn’t very clear. But on days, there’s barely any seaweed and the is crystal clear. One of the best things is that you can walk really far out before it gets deep, making it great for swimming or just relaxing in the water. The is also relatively warm. Compared to nearby Perea Beach, this one is definitely nicer. There are public showers almost everywhere, plus volleyball courts and places where you can rent pedal boats — great for a bit of fun and activity during the day. Παρά πολύ ωραίο. The is very close to the city of Thessaloniki, it is clean, and very warm during the summer. You can find mainly Greeks, but and a lot of foreign tourists. Prices are normal and the food, especially the sea food, is fantastic. I highly recommend this place, even for a daily visit with your friends and family. The lifeguard is very unfriendly, he can see me perfectly well, but he doesn't approach me. And me being in a wheelchair, I can't walk up to it in the sand. Yesterday I finished work at 5:45 p.m. A very dirty in all senses. Seeweed and microplastic in the and tons of trash all over the sand. Stray dogs are a real problem too. They tried to play or even bully with my kid and frightened her to death, and nobody helped us;( were just indifferent((( the dogs also swim in the sea freely which can be quite inappropriate for many people. Great variety of taverns nearby with different local food, not very expensive and food is good. Stuff in the taverns and clubs speaks English and it helps. Prices for Aliexpress goods nearby (flip-flops, toys, souvenirs, etc) are high. If you have a car I'd recommend to go to other distant beaches not this one. beach, relatively dirty, suppose it is expected as it is in the town. The sea is interesting as it gets shallower I as you get further in. But it is also a little dirty. And it has a lot of dead seaweed in the bottom and under the sand. I tend to go to the at night when most leave and it's quiet and I just sit there and admire the silence and view. Beautiful sandy beach. We weren't there on season so i don't know about how crowdy it is or how much costs an umbrella. But it is very nice with many different places to eat and drink around the beach. And the most important thing: there are many places to park freely the car Calme a cette période (octobre) mais agréable. Commerçant agréable et attentionné If you go east of the harbour the is extremely narrow, there is barely any shade and there are some suspicious looking pipes. On the other hand if you go west of the harbour you will find a much wider with umbrellas and(relatively) clean looking water There is also seaweed on the seabed so I recommend going to a place where you can't stand Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
