My son went fishing for the first time 3 weeks ago here and he caught 8. The week later 14. Fishing is his new hobby now. Very family friendly place with a lovely farm teahouse. The toilets are very clean and modern, very impressive. A lot of wildlife can be discovered and at night it's very quiet and you are able to see bats, owls and other night active animals. Biggest one we caught here up to now was 12lbs. We are definitely returning. Simply awesome! Delicious food, delightful staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was absolutely wonderful and and good portions at that. The which are made on site are great and plenty of them to choose from. I've spread the good word to family and friends. First visit today on a dreary,rainy day. A warm welcome awaited us. I had a delicious falafel and avocado sandwich and my husband a Ploughman's. Fantastic fresh bread and generous filling for the sandwich . The Ploughman's was plentiful with some really tasty home cooked ham included. We need to return and try those delicious cakes.
