I went for a "create your own blend" experience and loved every minute. There was an introduction to and to the Two Chimps bijou roastery before heading upstairs to a superbly managed cupping session. Tasting the different coffees side-by-side was illuminating and great fun and I came away with a blend completely different to something I'd usually choose. It was all done in a really relaxed and comfortable fashion. Thoroughly excellent session. I attended a Sunday morning course at Two Chimps and had a fantastic experience, learning about how to make great at home and then getting to play on the professional machines too, recommended to all and their beans are brilliant too. I was fortunate enough to attend one of the roasting and blending courses that two chimps host A really great and friendly atmosphere, coupled with incredibly informative discussion and great tasting coffee. The course was delivered with enthusiasm and passion for the subject with a lot of humour Would highly recommend for any one, irrespective if you like or not I attended the "Roast your own coffee" course with Andy which was brilliant. His knowledge of the roasting world was excellent which, coupled with his friendliness towards a complete novice with lots of questions, and ease of delivery meant it was a very enjoyable and insightful few hours - well worth the travel!! I would highly recommend. We had an incredible visit to the Two Chimps HQ for the roasting and brewing school. Andy and Laura were incredible hosts and extremely insightful in every aspect of the journey. It was fascinating to see a roast take place and then sample some from different brewing methods. You go away with a bag of included, ground to your specifications, which was so fresh it has only been roasted the day before! Overall a very enjoyable day and an experience I would highly recommend! So pleased to have found Two Chimps! Fabulous coffee, highly recommended. Love the branding, fast delivery and green credentials. No comparison with off the shelf brands. Will not be going anywhere else for a long time!
