I'm not a Christian, but that didn't seem to be a problem. A bit tired in places, food was youth hostel standard, I think this could be better. My mattress was possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on It is a great base for the area though. I had an awesome time , fun activities and food. The children loved it too Great place for family fun and for kids to go to Visited recently and had a great time. Food was lovely and the staff were amazing. They were so accommodating to different dietary requirements and to those that were wary of trying new foods. There are numerous organised activities you can book. The zip wire and Kayaking were favourites. The activities staff were brilliant, they were so kind and patient. They really encouraged everyone to have a go and helped them overcome their apprehensions. Rooms are basic but clean. It's a lovely place, in a beautiful setting. We've booked for next year. Beautiful place for camping and retreats. Centre is powered by green energy. Loved it. Facilities were amazing! Incredible Christian values, fellowship and ethos of the community it's incredible atmosphere and rock solid foundation; that is - Christ. Amazing place great instructors and lovely rooms I stayed here for 4 nights with my school at year 6, got about 15 hours of sleep in total, some of the activities were reasonably fun but 3 people in my class threw up because the food was unbelievably abysmal, the accommodation was absolutely dreadful as there were many stains on the sheets, and so much dirt on the 'carpet' (it felt like dirt) Do not recommend staying here if any teachers see this do not send your class here, I can guarantee that half your class will hate it, annoyingly strong Christian ethos. Pretty abysmal. Again, if any teachers see this, RECONSIDER WHERE YOU SEND YOUR CLASS!!!!!!
