Slightly short of a 5 star based on a couple of small issues, but otherwise a fantastic experience. My husband purchased a full body for me as a birthday gift and I have to say the from Sarah was divine. Great pressure and very soothing experience. I had then added two hours in the spa for some extra peace and quiet. Due to the being right on lunch time I had not eaten so was kindly offered some cheese & crackers in the spa by Sarah. When they arrived in the relax room I ate, albeit noting they tasted a little funny. When checking the wrapper as I tidied my tray, it turns out that the crackers were already over a month out of date. Another slight frustration was that the shower was running cold for a considerable time so I as not able to rinse the oils off easily before using jacuzzi. I had to wait some time or them to be checked by maintenance before using. These two minor items just took the edge off my first at Revive. Given that the total spend was £2 short of £100, I would not have expected this. Over all a positive and I would return for a second chance, but cannot give a true review without highlighting the all round experience. Having been to a few various spas in the past, this was by far the best spa I’ve had. We went as a group of 5 and having the whole spa area to ourselves for the day felt like such a luxury. Skye and Nicola were so attentive and friendly throughout and couldn’t have done more for us - the ‘lite bite’ lunch they provided was delicious. I had the ‘drift away’ with Sarah and it was honestly the best I have ever had. We also really enjoyed using the products for us to try such as the face masks which felt like an extra treat - one small suggestion would be to provide disposable applicators for guests to use to apply the products. Will definitely be back in future! Today was my first time in a spa - and the whole team especially Shannon made my visit one to remember - we were made welcome with drinks and hot towels before our treatment began. The treatment was superb relaxing and way better than initially anticipated. Shannon put me at ease and looked after me so well . I felt completely relaxed and content throughout the whole experience. Shannon was outstanding and even helped me chose some face creams, she is knowledgeable of all the products and advised me well, without being pushy - I will most certainly be back - Highly recommend Revive Spa Thank you Absolutely brilliant spa afternoon! It's perfect having the facilities to yourself, it makes it a very special treat and so relaxing. The treatments were much enjoyed by everyone and the way you set up the nibbles afterwards exceeded expectation. All the staff are amazing, friendly and very talented. The only problem is picking which one of the treatments you want, so many to chose from, I imagine they're all fantastic. Perfect gift for friends special birthdays, I would highly recommend a visit! I knew my shoulders were very stiff as I had broken a shoulder a while ago and so had not moved it much for some months until recently but I didn’t realise how tight my body was until the session was over. I felt so much relief and very rejuvenated. Chloe’s technique and pressure was perfect, just what I needed. I didn’t think I would come out feeling so much better after all these months, it really made all the difference. Thank you so much. I would recommend Chloe and Revive in Market Harborough 100%.
