Great place for kids and lots for them to do Absolutely fantastic place for children. I’ve just taken my nearly 3 year old and we was greeted with a warm welcome up on arrival. The place was really clean throughout the place, I met some lovely people ( other mums ). Such a lovely and friendly place, I recommend it anyone, any parents out there that are thinking about going but are a bit nervous, just go for it, it was really nice to talk to different people :) we will be back again soon. I found out about Cheeky Monkeys yesterday and visited today with 4 kids between ages 6 and 8. They had a swell time. The slides and activities kept them busy. The meals are fairly priced and the staffs were professional. It was clean, and sane despite the large number ( school holiday season). I would go there again with my kids and recommend it too. Parking wasn't as horrible as I anticipated. Visited earlier this week with my younger cousins during half term. We had an amazing day with everyone coming away wanting to return very soon. The booking system was extremely easy, and the day flowed super smooth. The host on the day was super attentive and made everyone feel very at ease. The cakes on display looked amazing and I had my fair share whilst I was watching the sessions go on. All of the apparatus was extremely clean and well kept, which shows that the team value the safety of clients very highly. Would recommend to everyone wanting a fun day out in the Corby area. First time coming here since it's been done up my daughter had so much fun and she can't wait to come back and I have to say the were so helpful and lovely even offered to go and get cutlery for us bless them the food was delicious definitely worth a visit well done :) I will always go back here, what an amazing time, kids have never had such a good time! Now the problem is to get them to sleep A lot of kinds older then 5 going on under 3 and is dangerously for little oane plus now body watch the kids completely mes no recomand at all section for under 3 very small never come back Hate it there actually teenages kissing in front of my siblings Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Rude Staff We visited today and were incredibly disappointed with what we found. “Downhill” is an understatement. The atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, primarily due to the rude, sullen behavior of the young staff. From the moment we entered, we were stared at in a way that made us feel uncomfortable, as though our presence was an inconvenience. The service was appalling. There was no skimmed milk available, no bottled still water, and even asking for a glass of tap water seemed to be too much trouble. It was given reluctantly, with no friendliness or politeness whatsoever. The condition of the equipment was shocking — much of it was held together with duct tape, which raises serious concerns about safety and maintenance. We were distracted with the children upon entering and forgot to ask for a receipt. When we approached a member to request one, the young girl we asked was again sullen and unhelpful, acting as if it was too much effort to get one. This level of service is unacceptable. Even the manager’s attitude was poor. After being there for over an hour, he suddenly approached us about a can of Tango we had brought in. The entrance had clearly seen it when we arrived and said nothing, but the manager rudely told us off without any politeness or professionalism. This could have been handled much better. When leaving, we noticed a sign about the Natasha Law food policy, but it wasn’t prominent at all. This is something that should be clearly communicated at the entrance, especially for families with young children who often bring snacks. To top it off, as we left, a young member gave us a cold, unfriendly stare. When challenged about her behavior, she simply laughed, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Overall, the entire experience was dismal. The clearly lack proper customer service training, and the facilities are poorly maintained. We won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming or enjoyable visit. Went today for my grandson birthday. We were looking forward to the football and were little disappointed that it wasn't there any more. Thankfully he enjoyed the new ball pit area. Maybe you update your picture's without the football area. So much better than it once was, areas for all ages. My little one had so much fun. Will definitely be back. I am very angry because they refused entry to me because I am tall even though I am only 12 but last time I came I was the same height and I was allowed in.
