My Norcena Tortellini was next level, creamy, slightly chewy with sausage and mushrooms in the sauce - very moorish. The Cacio e Pepe looked amazing, as did the rich Carbonara with guanciale bacon. I tried the mixed grill plate and enjoyed the skewers of pork and venison, and the lamb was outstanding. The veal with rosemary was also delicious. Ask for an Italian menu to make sure you see all the options. Service is excellent and friendly, and this is a great place to explore the meat dishes of Le Marche. Good value for money here.
