We visited a a larger group and the lady in charge was fantastic, explained everything and was very helpful and understanding despite a few requests and there being a few of us. Lanes are super clean and nice, was great, they also have an arcade and served food and drinks, we only had drinks but they were all fab. Would be fantastic for kids, parties, groups Avery busy venue but great value for money. Booked three lanes to celebrate my daughter-in-law birthday with friends and family - great fun had by all. Really fun place to spend a couple of hours. The arcade had a nice variety of games. Perfect for a casual hangout with friends or a family day out. Would definitely visit again! Been here a few times in the past and this will be my last visiting we booked 3 for 1 at 4.30 on 8/02/25 when we arrived we couldn't get on the lane until 4.45 once we were finally on my were playing and got to the 7th and was informed by a member of that the manager has said we only have 5 minutes left of the game...... Lane 1 and 3 both empty at this point When questioned they said there was nothing they would do and we had to finish prior to us having to finish there were 4 girls on lane 1 going up the lane and sliding down the ball rollers and a group of 4 boys on lane 3 throwing 5 balls at a and not a single member of come to speak to them don't waste your if you have as there on a limit The Manager and here totally rude and useless and unhelpful. I won 1300 tickets on the Arcade I bought a Minecraft squishy for 1000 tickets and 8 small refreshers for 200 tickets so I had 100 tickets left so I asked for 2 Maoimi sweets 50 tickets each. Staff member and manager say you can only have 200 tickets worth of sweets what a Nonsense rule they had loads of sweets there. They don't have any sign on or prize shop mentioning this. They let you lose all your money on Arcade and then tell you. They are bunch of con artists and because I argued with Manager and tried to take a photo of the sweets in prize shop I was then told to get out and the sad moody manager called security they gave me a 1 year banning order from Woking shopping centre. Then 1 of male outside the alley thought he was a police officer he threatened to detain me if I didn't delete the photos of my phone. What a jobsworth. Please please avoid this place just look at how many 1 * reviews they have. Also 10p pushers beds were really flat so you won't win any 10ps take a look when your in there you be shocked. I was looking forward to a fun afternoon, but the arcade was a bit of a letdown. A lot of the felt outdated, with several out of order and no clear signs to say so until you’d already put money in. The claw and ticket seemed impossible to win on, which took away some of the enjoyment. It’s a shame, because the place has potential to be lively and entertaining, but it just felt a bit run down.” “The were polite enough, but they didn’t seem particularly interested in helping when I mentioned a machine had swallowed my coins. The atmosphere was lacking too — quite dark and noisy without much energy. If you just want to kill some time, it’s fine, but for the price of the I expected better upkeep and a bit more variety. Probably won’t be rushing back any soon. Place was nice and clean, good atmosphere, lots to do, nice seating areas to eat. We had one of which went smoothly and the enjoyed themselves. The only disappointment was that we've booked in advance a platter for two of chicken nuggets etc (£14.99) and a of Nachos (£12.99). I couldn't believe what a small of nachos we got. It was around the same size of a cereal bowl. I paid less than half for the same portion in the mega expensive cinema in my town. Other than that - I'd recommend. *UPDATE - so apparently the Nachos in the picture is part of the chicken platter and NOT The nachos we paid £12 for. They simply forgot to give us the Nachos we've ordered. In their defence, they have given us that the next we were there after we showed them they forgot it last (lucky I had the receipt and the picture 😅) The 10p drop don’t actually return any money, even when it drops. What’s that about??! Make sure you book online. Arrived and booked in in person for a lane for 2 games, 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and it came to £88 which seemed like a lot and more than when I'd checked online earlier. Sat down and checked the price online for the exact same thing at it was £76. Went back to the attendant who told us rather bluntly "that's the way superbowl operate". I only attended for the arcade, don’t bother it’s a total rip off , an attendant even rearranged over the edge after I played and put a prize I got out into the play field back to the prize dispatch, couldn’t believe my eyes actually , never seen such dishonesty in an arcade environment I came with my 2 boys (8 & 15) and the system shut down after our 30 minutes 'slot' and we couldn't finish the game. Terrible for what should have been a nice family outing. Went to Super for a laser quest birthday and Michaela was our host for all 3 of our games. She was extremely welcoming and informative, and made the atmosphere even better. Thank you Michaela, I hope I’ve spelled your name right, you are an icon!! Rude try to charge more and dodgy of toys. We went to a laser quest at Woking Super last weekend. It was a great party, all ran very smoothly and the had a brilliant :) I wanted to leave a review to thank the SO MUCH for their handling of my son’s food: he is coeliac and often parties are a bit of an issue for him - but not here. The went absolutely above and beyond to make sure he was given a safe meal. Unfortunately I didn’t get the lady’s name who I was speaking to, but she was amazing!! She kept me informed about all the ingredients in absolutely everything and the very lengthy process they’d followed to ensure his meal was safe :) I was blown away and am so grateful for such a wonderful experience!! Thank you so much! We booked a LaserQuest package for our son's 8th birthday in June 2025, for a group of 7-8 year olds and had an upsetting experience, with verbally abused and bullied by other players. The in our were playing LaserQuest against a group of much older teenage boys, which we flagged as a concern to the LaserQuest team. However we were assured that stewards would be present to ensure proper behaviour. Unfortunately this was not the case and several of the were bullied, sworn at and verbally abused by the older boys, including racial abuse. Two came out in floods of tears. One of the flagged the older boys’ behaviour to a steward within the game, but their response was completely inadequate and the was allowed to continue. Note that parents must wait outside during the LaserQuest - so are fully entrusting their children's wellbeing to the LaserQuest team. I have raised the matter with Woking Superbowl who have said they will be re-evaluating their training and procedures, but whether anything changes in practice remains to be seen. I feel that currently the LaserQuest team are unable to provide a safe environment for children, and parents should be made aware what they are potentially exposing their to. For the they only allow 30 seconds per person per shot, so it's difficult to get the finished in before getting chucked off. My son had his here at the weekend (Laser quest) and it was a huge success! The were brilliant, very helpful, professional and patient! I would definitely recommend! thank you so much! Visited this site and it was such a wonderful experience! Brand new centre in Great variety of arcade and prizes to claim. Change available. 14 Lanes are pins on strings! I have visited so many alleys before and it seems like it’s the way forward. Less faults which is absolutely awesome. 4 of the lanes are on a separate area - maybe an area for private parties? So much variety of drinks available, soft and alcoholic. Cheaper rates online and offers with food and drinks. Would definitely go back again. They did a brilliant job for our son’s laser quest party. Everyone was so polite, helpful and efficient. That was particularly true of our host, Ruby, and her trainee Logan, who made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Highly recommended - one of the best birthday experiences we have had. We came with 50 minutes before close for a of bowling, quite disappointed we was turned down from a with this much left. Not only this but the arcade was being closed off in 10 minutes with all the cash points being off so couldn’t get any cash out to play. quite disappointed there should be a notice or something for timings A lovely day out with my kids. The only thing stopping it being 5 stars is the toilet facilities were a bit messy, but other than that a good experience! No one under the age of 16 is allowed in without parental supervision. My son (14) loves to go and to the arcades with his friends, however they cannot do this at Woking. Absolutely ridiculous. To hot and smoke machine should be a health warning but overall pretty good Attended a laserquest at the weekend, the all had a great time. host was great. A young lad called Harvey was particularly patient and kind to my young son during the game. Much appreciated 👏🏼 Me and some friends had a bad experience there last weekend, we had been nothing but polite but had been told we weren’t allowed to just “hang out there” even though we were all holding menus clearly about to order . 10 minutes later a member of said the manager had complained we had outside drinks on the table and our feet up on the table which wasn’t true and for the rest of the night we felt very on edge as multiple members would walk past and stare at us as if we were doing something wrong. This used to be one of my favourite places to hangout so it’s sad that the places vibe has changed. Really good experience Came Friday night with a group of friends, we booked for the beats and deal which was a decent price. Great atmosphere and friendly. Will come again in near future.
