Nice place to chill however is always crowded and noisy We were sitting with family at Bar Oslo enjoying a coffee when the waiter came and started closing the umbrella above us without warning. As he did, a large amount of water poured directly on us — soaking our clothes and even getting into our juice and coffee. He didn’t say a single word of apology. When I asked, “What are you doing? Don’t you see what’s happening?” his response was, “It’s just water, I can change the coffee.” Not even a hint of accountability or professionalism. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waiter casually said, “He just left.” This place might have a nice setup, but the staff clearly have no idea about customer service. Very disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning. But if you're in the mood for a vibrant atmosphere with great drinks and decent bites, Oslo delivers. It's an open concept bar so like mostly not enclosed which can be intense during Albanian summer cuz it's so hot but the food is actually really good. The service is a little chill they arent really attentive to be honest. But you know, draft beer is pretty good and the chairs are pretty comfortable. Would go again. Buona Unfriendly waiters Good place to grab a drink. It has loud music on the background so it isn't much preferrable for old people. The staff is very rude , bad attitude unprofessional and bad behaviour.
