There is no staff monitoring the situation in the main huuuge playground, your little kids might get massacred by groups of crazy 12 year olds. I would hope at least the area for babies would be controlled, but no. Older kids jumping and running all over. I was all the time together with my kids, but still felt insecure. Plus there is forbidden to bring strollers or snacks/drinks. Otherwise for older kids it is nice and with many options. I found the staff at the entrance and bar friendly and nice. Clean, children friendly. Drinks are a bit expensive. The place is big enough and with many options. Kids definitely enjoy it. The prices though are expensive and the staff at the front desk are not that polite. Someone should help them develop the foundational customer service skills.
