So I've had two lessons with the team at the cabin and today was my first solo session. Can't thank the them enough for their patience and encouragement. Will definitely be going back to hone my skills. But when I mean skills I just mean staying up on the board. Well done cabin and Thank you 👍 We had the best here! It's a place to get out onto the water and the staff are so incredibly friendly and nice! They sell really good quality items of clothing etc as well. We'll definitely be back! My twins had the “best day ever” at the cabin in May half term on the Adventure day. They loved all the boarding, games and races, wanting to do it all again the next day. Thank you so much for organising a great day. What a brilliant and morning on the river. Ian is a fab instructor, incredibly kind and patient and encouraging. His enthusiasm for boarding is infectious! It’s a peaceful part of the river, so as a novice it was good to get to grips with my balance without feeling watched! Although the lovely cafe next door is great. I had a serene and extremely happy morning on the (as an added bonus we saw kingfishers and jays). I finished the feeling confident and enthusiastic about more board adventures!! Highly I recently did a trip with Mark on the Wye and it was great. Clear instructions throughout and the pace was perfect (I hadn’t done a SUP in a year!) scenery and a great group on the water - perfect Saturday! I have been to the Cabin a number of times for the SUP yoga, blue therapy evening and recently went on the Canterbury day trip. Jo and Hayley are so welcoming alongside all the other crew members. If you are wanting to try paddleboarding, I really trying through the cabin. The safety is second to none and their passion for being outdoors and paddleboarding is infectious. We had a family on Sunday, all first timers. We had the best , our instructor Annabelle was lovely and very encouraging and we all managed to stand up ( which I was not expecting!) Lovely facilities and atmosphere, stretch of the Medway would highly and we would all love to go again . I booked a bespoke SUP with my Auntie. We had a fantastic with our instructor Liz and Sarah who helped with rebooking and getting us on river! Liz instantly put us both at ease and let us go at our own level, as there was no pressure - we both thoroughly enjoyed our and I plan to join, so can make it a more regular thing! We booked a 2 hour with Annnabelle she was brilliant with us. Definitely want to do it again We had a fantastic on Bewl Water yesterday. We opted for a 1-on-1 2-hour (myself & my wife). We're still beginners and wanted to gain some confidence and get some tips etc. Emily looked after us so well, adjusting the based on our skills and needs, full of friendly advice & encouragement. Thoroughly this, particularly if you're after some development in a lake setting, with a bit of wind etc. I'm sure the sessions on the when they're back will be just as good. Many thanks. My husband, son and two nephews had a lovely with Cabin for a family at their pop-up at Bewl Water. The instructor Emily was lovely and very patient! They all had a brilliant time, would love to book another in future at their site by the Medway. We travelled from Devon to Kent on business. We have our own gear but having not yet managed to get on the water we googled SUP in Kent. We spoke to Tracey over email who was only to pleased to welcome us to the world of SUP and booked us in for a whilst we were visiting the area. Annabelle took Tammy and I out for our first ever SUP lesson. After a couple of unplanned entries into the water we were soon standing which was great fun and very rewarding. Thanks to Annabelle for her patience and kindness with us both. If you are considering trying this activity then without doubt, we the ladies at the Cabin. We can’t wait to put into practice everything that Annabelle taught us. From the very first contact I knew we had chosen the very best place for some SUP coaching. Tracey couldn’t have been more helpful on the phone and on arriving we were greeted like friends. Jo was amazing, coaching my son and myself. A true tailor made coaching session. Professional and friendly, making us feel more confident on our boards with an easy smile and humour. We have found our tribe. We might have to move to Kent so we can spend more on the Medway and with the amazing Cabin crew. We will definitely be back soon.
