I booked easily...Good system...when I arrived I was greeted by very friendly, workers from the chap who greeted me as I drove in, to the man who helped my unload a toilet (and told me I don't look my age - much appreciated) and the young chap who unloaded cardboard from my car...even though i got too close to the bollard thingies.
