Just arrived back from Best of Costa Rica with Mercury. Manfred was a superb guide. surpassed our expectations with the extras included. Yes we will be using Mercury again......such good value We have just been on the Grand of Sri Lanka with Mercury. It is probably the best we have ever done. The was fabulous, the country was beautiful, the itinerary was full and interesting. This is our 15th of various countries and our 4th with Mercury. Cannot recommend this particular enough. Good value for money too. I have recently returned from "Grand of Japan" with Mercury. It was an excellent although hectic itinerary over the 2 weeks, but in that we had the of a lifetime & saw some incredible sights. The hotels were of a good standard and the travel arrangements between cities went smoothly. Our Manager Masami Muraya excelled in the job & ensured we all had a fantastic time. Nothing was too much effort. I would certainly recommend this tour. We are just nearing the end of our Mercury holiday-Sacred South India. It has been an incredible full of fun, delight and wonder. We saw many temples, a synagogue, churches and cathedrals all with phenomenal, historic and architectural value. The organisation has been fantastic and the locations wonderful. Of the numerous hotels we stayed in a couple of them were a little bit below par but this was easily made up by our fantastic Cleetus who kept us informed, on time, well managed and safe at all times. Thank you, Cleetus. We have travelled with Mercury Holidays on three occasions. Twice to Sri Lanka and for our recent trip, Mauritius. I'd like to say it was incredibly smooth from start to finish. I booked the on line, but once I'd done so, realised that my selected hotel had many steps. This was not suitable for my husband so I contacted customer services and they changed the hotel with no question which I found very reassuring. The before, during and after care of our was exceptional, in person and in message form, which made for a stress free and holiday. Thanks and we'll definitely use them again Jane x This particular 30 day was nicely paced to allow for the odd welcome breather. The cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Kalkata and Varanasi, as always chaotic, but Shimla, Jaipur and Agra are well worth a visit. Cochin in the south is slightly quieter and the vast Tea plantations in that region are incredible. Visited loads more places than just mentioned, but all are expertly chaperoned by the Mercury Rep. Really good hotels, food and a fantastic value for money trip. P. S. If you see a bargain, snap it up. The same goods are not necessarily available during the trip, so don't leave it too late. Take plenty of money for tipping, this is just the way India works, but it does make life so much easier. We had a again with Mercury Holidays at the Coral Beach Hotel in Cyprus. The staff at the hotel work very hard and are always friendly and helpful. Everywhere is spotless. The food is and there is the possibility to enjoy specialist restaurants within the All Inclusive Premium Package as well as enjoying the high quality Buffet Restaurant. Having the Spa onsite as well as squash, tennis and fitness gyms is a huge benefit. Its possible to swim in the sea most morning before breakfast and the idyllic beach area, before settling by the pool later in the day. I find Mercury Holidays to be supremely efficient with downloadable information, organised transfers and communication. I have already booked our next with Mercury Holidays and this I will be taking my Mother along for another experience. Mercury Holidays were brilliant from start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate and offers all the information needed for pre, during and post holiday. Mercury’s prices are extremely competitive as are their offers. I would have no hesitation using or recommending Mercury Holidays. We travelled to Sri Lanka flying with Etihad, staying at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa (August 2025). Everything, and I mean everything was spot on. This was our first in Asia and it won’t be our last. Super well established hotel. grounds. Comfortable beds. Huge array of food. Mercury has a well established foothold here, and rightly so, ease of booking at excellent price's gives Mercury the edge. So good we have reserved for next year! Well done Mercury 10 out of 10. A truly to Egypt and cruise along The Nile on MS Royal Viking. Just perfect in every way-excursions, accomodation, food and the was just amazing. Would highly recommend Mercury Holidays and this particular trip. Third with Mercury, this to Malaysia, Singapore and Borneo. Highly recommended and we will be back for another with Mercury. Thank you and thanks Melvin. Recently had a fabulous to Grenada with Mercury. Everything was well organised and was made easy. On arrival our rep was waiting at the airport and he was very informative. We stayed in a hotel, with a beautiful location and ultimately we had a wonderful, stress free experience. I've travelled many times with Mercury and have often recommended them to friends as they are also good value for money. I am sure we will continue to use Mercury holidays in the future. A Mercury from start to finish meaning first inital booking to coning back home after 3 glorious weeks at King Evelthon in Paphos. Transport was and there waiting for you atvthe airport l. Hotel welcoming and room was large with a Seaview and balcony. Food was lovely buffet style with lots of fresh gorgeous dishes that catered for all tastes and entertainment was great. Staff are all customer focused going that extra mile and very friendly. Don't take my word for it it for yourself you won't be disappointed. This was our first with Mercury and we will definitely be travelling with them again. My sister and I went to Romania and Transylvania on our first Mercury in June 2025. Our Dan made it a to remember with his knowledge, patience and helpfulness. The trips were amazing and we saw everything we set out to do and experience, plus extra like a wild bear rummaging through the hotel waste bins in the car park at 2.30am ! We cannot find fault with anything, and hope to return to Romania again one day and hopefully have Dan as our guide. A on the Grand of India. Everything on the ran smoothly and efficiently. The hotels were all comfortable and food was good. The booking process with Mercury was straight forward and I found them very helpful when I rang them with changes to my booking. We were looked after brilliantly from the moment we arrived In New Delhi. From then on all the excursions were very well arranged and our guide, Giri, was extremely knowledgeable, informative and he certainly made the whole one to be remembered. The four day add-on to Goa was a definite bonus, giving to relax after a hectic 16 day tour! A Mercury rep met us at Goa Airport and our transfer to the hotel was straight forward. He kept in touch with us during our short stay and was there to us escort us back to Goa airport for our return at 2.30 a.m!!! I would certainly book with Mercury again. Ten day to Filitheyo Island Resort from 14 January 2025. Virgin direct flight from Heathrow and then sea plane to the island. The Mercury direct representative met us with instructions and greeting. All very efficient and professional. Hotel reps wisked us away on arrival to the sea plane booking in and after a short wait we were off to the island. On arrival at the island Filitheyo staff took us by boat from the sea plane arrival pontoon, to the island again extremely efficiently. Booking in for our superior bungalow was quick. The semi bungalow was with outside bathroom and air-conditioning and large tv. It had its own sunbeds and private frontage leading to the beach. Staff looking after the rooms and beach areas were great, and everything was always immaculate. The restaurant and bars were very efficient and as we were all inclusive the drinks were equally comparable to any cruise ship we have been on. Staff were always waiting to get another drink and assist with anything. All in all a fantastic and at a price. A visit by my wife and myself after 23 years when we first visited another island. Would love to go again if funds permit and health. in Malta. January is fine too enjoy yourselves. Avg 16..20 % The dB San Antonio Hotel is perfect, entertainment, fantastic atmosphere and food of the highest quality with 3 different restaurants to choose from. We are both mid 70s bus depot 2 minutes walk. €2 gets you over the whole island. We would highly recommend Malta to anyone and with the offers Mercury holidays have on though out the whole year you just can't get a better deal.
