Definetily to become a regular customer We were referred to Happy Days by our barbiere in San Salvo and, with our grandson visiting, had an absolutely fantastic day. Antonio, the owner, was kind, accommodating, and involved in every aspect of the operation. Had a fabulous pranzo with an amazing wine from a local producer. The staff was attentive in every aspect, the facilities clean and well cared for. Highly recommend After many previous “happy” experience at this restaurant, we were very disappointed with yesterday’s lunch. The menu was extremely limited and a request for chips or oven potatoes with the crumbed fish was flatly refused. The food was pretentious and pricey. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, as well as the beach, they refused to let me take my dog down to the seafront and refused her a bowl of water on a very hot day. Definitely not dog friendly and I am not sure about people either! Food was ok. Service was good but it was empty. Restricted lunch time menu with few options and no pizza. Waiter a bit pushy on the upselling and our bill was around €10 more than we expected it to be. Won’t be rushing back. Great Experience. Went with my family of 5 children and had a great time. Antonio was very accommodating and made sure we felt at home and were taken care of. We will be sure to go back next time we are in the area! Gnocchi are fabulous ! Great prices! Very nice people!
