As per my last visit, I would recommend the Tave dish, something new to my palate. As for the meat dishes, they still lack the perfection. This is one of those places that the appearance can be very deceiving. It doesn’t look like much but man oh man. The food is amazing. We went there specifically for the “Tave Dheu” and it did not disappoint. It was truly delicious. All the dishes were very good and fresh. Service is top notch, everything came within 10-15 mins. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. Definitely worth a visit. A very popular restaurant. Always Busy. I can understand why. Traditional Albanian food at affordable prices. Generous portions. From humble beginnings, this place kept getting bigger and bigger. Extensive menus. Try the Grilled Meats and the Qofte. The desserts are good too, I am told. No Pork in the menu. Everything was great. Food, ambiance, price.. Thank you for all. Second time i went to eat there. Food is amazing and it is cooked there and then and its delicious. Staff is polite and helpful. Clean place and very busy even though it is not very central im tirana city. But it is worth travelling for the food . Id go again tomorrow if i could. I visit EVERY single time I’m in Albania and they never fail to impress. Waiters are attentive and kind, food is always on point, atmosphere is great every time. No restaurant can beat tave dheu the way they make it here. Prices are also low for what they offer! I’m so glad it hasn’t changed at all through the years.
