Thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon session 13:30 - 17:30 with the family. Little one was excited & shattered, tallest we've seen yet. Supervision was needed for our little one as it can get a little chaotic, with excited little ones running around. It was busy on sunday as you would expect, but the is large enough that we all found our way around without feeling too crowded. Tons of variety. Toddler area. Café Soft & Cafe at an amazing price. Great entry price (book online) Café (doesn't break the bank like many with a captive audience) Two Birthday party's going on & will definitely consider in future years. Fun all around. Even a bouncy castle adjacent at an additional cost, One for years to come. It's massive, just like the play. Plenty of parking. Good value for money. Pre-Booking is essential and mandatory. Car park is huge, so no worries or rush getting there. Car Park has belaying and completely unnecessary code system. I have never done anything other than drive in, park, drive out. I have no idea what the barriers and codes are for at all, don't be confused by this. Staff are friendly. The place is kept t clean, with constant attention from the staff. Coffee tastes okay. Food is okay, it great, expensive, but what eat-out food isn't nowadays, and while it is expensive, the price benchmarks well with other establishments. Although there is a Baby and Toddler section , as a parent of 4 daughters, I wouldn't recommend this place for children under 4, and even then not for children who are gentle and nice ... why? ... the large climbing adventure structure in the middle is huge, which is great, but your kid will not be visible to you while they are in there. You only have to venture in there searching for your kid once on a busy day, and you will witness all sorts of scenarios where are fighting, hitting, generally being instinctively driven 4 to 6 year olds in there acting how they do when bo adult is watching them. Its like Lord of the Flies in there. So don't take a child that can't stick up for themselves, they'll be eaten alive. All ages can find they perfect place to play. Nice and clean. In the trampoline park they really follow the rules ! I really like the qr code on the table to order your food. Food is good and tasty. Friendly staff Highly recommended! Our 7 year old son loves it here. Huge which is clean and well maintained. Taken a star off as they ask that you do not bring in your own food and the food on site is quite basic and bland with few healthier options ( think chips, paninis, etc). Overall, great place for little ones though who will be sure to have hours of fun here. Visited for a birthday party. Good play. A few other things dotted around for the to do. Plenty of seating for adults and good food/drink availability My son had his birthday party on the inflatable and it was incredible. All the (and grown ups) had a great time. The were so kind and gave great customer service. Our party host was fab. My son has allergies to a whole list of things and they catered for him so he didnt feel left out. Some other children also had dietary requirements and they were able to provide for them. They answered my million questions beforehand and were just lovely. Everyone had a fab time. Also appreciate them running sen sessions regularly xxx Great place for when it's raining (or when it's not). It's very secure and the drinks/food are very reasonable. Toilets were clean and regularly checked. I enjoyed several hours there with a toddler. 😊 Excellent entertainment for a couple of hours. £2.50 per adult just for admission is a complete rip off. Coffee and food rip off. Cleanliness is good, they are forever vacuuming, toilets are spotless. If adults have to pay for admission how about a complimentary drink?? 2x trampoline and plus socks £50. Really big and safe play, would highly recommend. Friendly staff, comfortable seating area for adults to chill. Food reasonably priced too. This was our first time, will definitely be back. were rude, trampoline seemed to pick out issues with my youngest child. When asked if I can help her with certain obstacles (red light game) I was told I couldn't help her and I had to wait on the sidelines. Even though I witnesses other parent doing the same thing as i was asking to do. Possibly favouritism ? As they did seem friendly. Any hoo food was okay, and other members were lovely but due to our experiance I will not be coming back. I have been to numerous plays around the West Midlands with my Grandchildren, and today decided to try this one. I booked online before going, and it does clearly state no food or drink to be brought onto the premises. Nothing new there, as this is the case with many plays. What is not the case, is the young girl on entrance singling me out in a loud voice saying if I have food or drink with me we will be asked to leave! She said this to me not once but twice! In my opinion, this was an absolute insult! All moms/dads/ grandparents/ guardians usually have a bag or have a ruck sack with them usually because we need to carry nappies, wipes, purse, keys, phone, nappy bags, cream, changing mat etc need I go on!! Certainly not for a packed lunch for a couple of hours when this is prohibited! All i can say is, I would never return to this place, and it really is very lucky that I didn't spot the young girl on my way out!!! Brilliant. Slide is the best, and I'm the nan....4 year old grandson loves it. Small cafe that does hot and cold food, all very good. Plenty of loos Can't eat your own food in there! Fantastic for toddlers and older kids. Epic play. Very friendly and engaged staff. Great food and drinks facilities.
