Adults can really get a lot from this place as my daughter is only 5, she was too little for some of the obstacles, but she still had a time. Really excellent service from all of the staff, clean place with loads to do. Not over packed like some other attractions either. They actually offer gluten free food! They were so about explaining their processes to me, confirming separate fryers and cross contamination avoidance, I would really recommend any with coeliac disease come here. This is not your regular soft play, it’s pricey but the really get their money worth and the treat them all respectfully and kindly. Toilets are clean and coffee is strong! This is a venue for kids. Amazing place. Visited on a busy weekend but both my had lots of fun. Youngest was upstairs in the Mini Ninja softplay area whilst I got to look over and see my eldest playing at the main inflatable area. The safety briefing at the beginning was very informative and beneficial. Look forward to visiting again soon for toddler takeover session so my son can be free and run wild 😁 Amazing experience the absolutely loved it. The facilities were clean and members were efficient. I would like to make a special mention to members Carly and Josh who went above and beyond to make my boys day extra special. Josh helped of the boys get his blue foam hand and his burger toy after several times of trying and Carly helped with first aid and all our merchandise needs with my indecisive boys. There’s seating downstairs and up, a small games area if you have free or have to wait. They serve food and drinks, have free lockers and before you go play they do a really safety brief video. They love to try to complete the courses and then take on the wall. They also love the inflatable section. You can buy gloves and socks from reception. If you park on the car park, get a code as you leave and it discounts your parking fee. Maddie was a host. Everything set up ready while were out having fun ready for their return. My daughter had her 7th birthday at Ninja Warrior. We had a fabulous who ensured that the ran smoothly and we didn't need to worry about anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was and all dietary requirements were catered for. All the were welcoming and helpful. The really themselves and managed fine on the ramps and equipment and the soft play section. We've been to the venue a number of times and always found it clean and well maintained. Went for our boys 6th birthday party. Entry was a quick process as we had made sure all waivers were signed prior to the event. The room was setup and ready to go with socks for each guest. We were looked after by Niamh who deserves a special mention as nothing was too much for her during the 2 hours. She made sure that everything ran smooth and went out on the course/inflatables with the and got them all playing games. Food was great, all the their meals and can't wait to come back again with their vouchers! Highly recommend to come during the week as there is not many people. We all had a brilliant time, and there was something for all ages to enjoy. Our Ellie was brilliant, making sure we all understood the rules, checking everything was OK.
