I ordered shoes and gloves, after logging in, I had information on when the package would be sent, the deadline was passing and the package was still listed as awaiting shipment. I decided to write an e-mail asking why the package had not been sent yet, it turned out that the was not there and here a big plus was another (more expensive) one was offered to me and I didn't have to pay anything extra. I confirmed the and wrote that the is for the right hand. When the arrived, it turned out that the is for the left hand and I contacted about this by e-mail and actually when I placed the order, I marked it wrong (here I advise you to be careful because, like most stores, it is not marked which only which hand shoots). I got a link with an explanation on the page that this happens often. But I note that in contact with the employee I wrote that it is for the right hand and here I think that he should inform me that the is marked differently and ask (the package has not yet been sent!) Exchange possible, but of course the buyer covers the shipping costs . The shoes are great and at a good price, but I definitely do not recommend buying a in this store. I ordered the 1914 rifle for €1.413,- including shipping. What I got to my great surprise is the much older 1913 in a box that had previously been opened. Either it was used before, or the people at Buinger checked the before shipping, and in that case should have noticed the error. Either way, this is the second time I have ordered something at Buinger, that went sour. The first was an air cylinder that had no date stamped on it, which is mandatory, and now this. After a few days I got a reply from the CEO, mr. Buinger himself, and he will eventually ship - when it becomes available - the right to me, with a return label for the other stock. Edit: another employee responded after a few days; send the back, or accept a discount because they can't deliver the any more. Meanwhile - a few months later - the is still on sale on their website. They helped me to find an item that was needed for an important match. Great communication, great customer care, great service and fast shipment, really excellent. 10 stars.
