Visited for the first time. We were impressed by the centre, especially by how big the toddler was. It is a lot bigger than most. The were friendly, helpful , and proactive by conducting routine cleaning tasks. The food was and reasonably priced. Oh, and our boy loved the fish! We will be back! *Please double-check where you park, as if you park in the wrong car park, you will get a fine. It says this on the website and on signs outside the centre.* Took my lad here for a 7th birthday party a little while back. It was a two hour session and he loved it. The place is packed to the brims with adventure trails for the kids and worth the entry fee. Was very and tidy when we went, despite the amount of crazy kids going in and out the kept on top of it. Would recommend to anybody with young kids Really safe, fun, and clean. Great coffee and not to pricy Excellent value for money!!!! We had 2 adults, a 2 year old and a 10 month old & for all of us it was just a fiver...lovely large indoor with lots of slides, a bouncy castle, an to football & massive fish tank!! There was also an outdoor with slides too.. Everythings integrated so well, kiddies absolutely loved it!! They have a cafe that serves both hot/cold food (-but hot food is only between a specified time), we had a strawberry milkshake, it was alright, probs wouldn't order it again:(( we had a 2 hour slot but that was more than enough for the kiddies...we parked behind the old Frankie & Benny's, would definitely reccomend this place especially in the winter for a few hours of fun (for both kiddies & adults lol!) You have to book online. Little cafe too which is cheap. Bermuda Softplay is always the first destination to visit when the weather goes cloudy. Kids enjoy the play, parents can also relax with a cup of cappuccino. They serve foods as well. Online booking is fast and easy. You get more than one hour each session. The always the after each session is finished. Kids really enjoyed it. Easy to book and reasonable pricing. We went on a Saturday and was expecting it to be packed, but they keep the numbers at a sensible level. Food and drinks were enough, I've had much worse at other plays. Parking is ample and everything looked and clean. Would visit again. Was a fun experience. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Cheap rates too. Would be if the ball pit vacuum worked. There could also be more slides but overall a solid play. Food/drink prices are average for a and the quality is decent. place but it was a shame they locked the door to the playground bit at the back. When I asked a member if we could go out there (it wasn't raining or anything) they just said we can't (with no reason), which was upsetting to my little boy as well. I totally understand if the weather is bad or another reason (if there had been one) but when the sun is out and we've paid for entry, why not unlock the door so we can enjoy the facilities? Other than that, decent play. We went to Bermuda Adventure World on both weekends and weekdays. But obvious weekends and school holidays are the most busiest. There is a queue outside to attend your slot. They have 2 hours of slots running the whole day and a 30 min break between 2 slots. This break helps manage the crowd and childrens. Washrooms are and hygienic to some extent. The indoor is very big and also has an outdoor area. There are 2 different areas based on the children's age group. 0-4 year is a bit small compared to the elder one's children. Enough tables and chairs for parents to sit down and relax. There is a cafe as well to order your coffee while are playing. The crowd that comes here is by large a decent one. I have seen a lot of child minders bring their as well. I believe there is a special discount for child minders however it is not applicable during term holidays or bank holidays. You can book the venue for a birthday party as well. There is a big fish at the entrance. First going after a client reccomended it. Im glad it was quiet, my boys loved every minute Its huge all linked. Two stars removed because the food is sooo bad. Sorry to say. Its awful, I just looked at it and thought come onnnnnn. Parents want something to eat whilst they are out its a treat for us. And the coffee machine doesn't work so no coffee at all? But as for a stay and amazing I would rate it 3.5. The place is excellent, but not without issues. Built up dust, wear and tears, non working slides at times bring a feeling that the place deteriorating and rarely being fixed. But honestly the biggest concern is that people getting into softplay in their shoes or without socks. Not telling about open in between where everyone walks in their shoes that raises questions.. I really hope that at some point there will be a more strict rules for that or even gated where you leave your shoes and get into the main in socks only, will be much cleaner and less worries for parents with crawling babies. and quiet during the week. Space was and the softplay is fab. spot for smaller babies and the bigger have a 3 tiered jungle gym. Free for under 1s which is amazing. Food was okay too 😊 will definitely return. Definitely last I will go in there. Disgusting place, horrible smell. Aparantly they are closing at lunchtime to clean, well I don't think that place been cleaned in last year! If it has been cleaned, then definitely needs refurbished or management replaced. Visit here regularly with my two sons. It’s great value for money, clean, and the are always very friendly and helpful. A lady team member was very kind to my son today when he bumped his nose and got a nosebleed. Highly recommend. Opened bang on time, facilities (even the baby change) were and toddler was such value for money. Will be making this my regular place! We had 2 hrs session booked for birthday party. It was supposed to start from 11:30 but we had to wait outside for more than 10 mins because of other parties. We had to wait for food. We felt there wasn’t enough to talk to. Service was poor. While serving the food, they mistakenly gave 2 persons food to 1 person and the other person had to keep waiting for her food. I also find the food portion too small. They kept asking us to leave before 1:30. We left at 1:25pm. Our birthday experience in Bermuda was way too stressful. The is very for the could do with a , The food is not very good. Need new plates need to present the food a bit better quality of food is very poor. My grandson was left with a bleeding nose after being attacked by 2 little thugs there mothers were even more disgraceful no apology wont be going back there!! First we visited n last!! Upon arriving and walking through the main entrance the smell of urine hits you! The smell is horrendously bad. The 0-5 was covered in the thickest layer of dust like it hadn’t been hoovered or cleaned in atleast a year. It’s the last place you would want you baby crawling around. The floors are horribly sticky so your little ones socks will end up as black as the ace of spade. All are old enough to use the equipment, and quite frankly they don’t want to be were they are therefore don’t even know how to crack a smile. Lastly ADULTS WERE BAREFOOT EVERYWERE. were told and didn’t care, the place is rotten to the core! Needs closing down, refurb then re opened with new and new management!!!
