Great ribs and the best succulent roast chicken ever. The breast meat was perfect and not over cooked. When we first came here, we had to wait for a table. We left but eventually returned about a half hour later. We were then seated after arrival. Good food for a fair price. We visited while on vacation by recommendation of a friend. We found this hidden gem in the middle of fields of apple orchards and marveled at how anyone knows how to find it without Google and GPS. It is absolutely lovely. We ordered ribs, half a wood fire roasted chicken and beef filets that were super tender, juicy, and totally delicious. The cabbage salad with speck and rosemary potato wedges were also very tasty. It goes without saying that the beer selection very good given the name of the place. We finished the evening off with one of the most delicate apple strudels we have had all week... nice thin crust and balance of apples. The service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended! Restaurant was quite full, but service ensured us that they have some free table. We were waiting for longer than 15 minutes on the bar and they cannot give us beer. Nobody was interesting about us, then we left. Amazing place, delicious food, very friendly service, I recomend reservation, the restaurant is very famous 😉 Limited variety of served dishes but it’s to be expected. What is being served is delicious. Good beer, especially the mixed one. During high season reservation is a must otherwise no chance to get a table. Lovely place, beautiful nature and perfect service. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy good food and great beer. Vacationing in Südtirol for the week and had to make a repeat visit to Bierkeller! Large menu with very reasonable prices and generous portions. Food is well prepared and presented, flavorful, and reminds of delicious home cooked. Atmosphere is very comfortable and service is exceptional - friendly and very attentive, even with a full house.
