One of the pads is not working therefore you cannot get to the bonus level to be able to get a decent amount of tickets. We let the staff know but their response was that "it works fine" - we explained that it didn't, even if you beat the first level then the is not operating as it should be. They said nobody else had complained about that despite the pad being broken for a while - not really relevant, we are letting them know the is broken? We've played this game at other establishments before now so know how it should work - it also clearly says it on the machine. They've basically been robbing people of being able to get a decent amount of tickets for god knows how long. The staff were very defensive about this and seemed to just want to argue back with us rather than actually listen to us letting them know the wasn't working properly. The teenage "manager" said she would call somebody out to fix it but we'll see if that actually happens. Overall both staff were quite rude and argumentative when we were only trying to help let them know their equipment was faulty. No offer of a refund either, nor was the taken out of service - obviously they're happy to take people's money unfairly with rigged/broken machine. Shame it's such a rip off. I understand inflation but literally ripping people off. Crazy golf which isn't the best experience and alittle crap of I'm honest is £7 each!! Why? Plus they allow all the kids to run around the golf area. Then a slushy is £4.25, come one really!!! That's scandalous. I just feel for family's who come here and these places just get greedy. Shame really. imagine charging 32.50 for 1 hour fir a family deal and then adding booking fees and transaction fees to take it up to 36.73! scandalous behaviour and just pure greed. such a shame for so many kids whose families are outpaced by this greed. inflation was enough but no not happy with that they suck extra fees. this behaviour will reduce your overall revenue well done on your greed stance and driving g your business towards less custom. its disgusting A wonderful experience for me and the kids, had a great time bowling. The service was excellent also, especially from Lola who came and assisted us with setting up the lanes, and approached with a warm and welcoming attitude. Would recommend, and will be coming back again. I booked a party for my daughter on a Friday night at 5 -7. When I got there I booked and ordered some chips as an extra. The chips came out straight away but no pizzas or squash or slushy which was in with my booking. I went over twice to the bar and the girl there said nothing has come through yet I will go and ask. Another 10 mins went by before she brought us the drinks. Still no pizza at this point so I went back over another two times asking different members of staffs. Both members asked if I had filled in a slip to which I said yes and they went and asked in the kitchen. They came back and said would be around 10 mins. This was at 6:35, the party was due to finish at 7. At 7:05 they were still no pizzas so I went back over to the bar. The girl said again she would ask in the kitchen. I was then sent over a young girl who I assume was the manager. She again asked if I had filled in the slip and then said it hadn't gone through to the kitchen and apologised. She said she could do the pizzas now, but has the parents were truning up I said I would like a refund. She told me they couldn't do a refund but instead gave me a free family return ticket. Also, I had to go over to get my daughter's cake which I thought would be brought over to us lit but no, I had to go and ask for a lighter which I was sent from the bar to the reception back to the bar to get a lighter and then told I had to light it at the bar and walk over to the lane with it lit. I was then told after that I would need to go back over to the bar to cut the cake at the bar. I was handed a knife at the bar so I could cut it there and then walk back over to my lane. All in all the staff didn't seem to know what was happening and in my opinion there wasn’t enough staff for a Friday evening. I booked it as a party thinking they would take care of things like the cake but I didn't even get the food to feed the guests at the party let alone sort my cake out. I had to individually apologise to all the parents for the fact that all their children had to eat was a few chips which luckily I brought separately. Shame this happened because apart from the organisation, my daughter and her friends had a lovely time. We went for my granddaughters 14th birthday. Had an amazing time. Staff were friendly and polite always smiling. I would definitely recommend a visit. Prices and offers were very good. Good was nice although I did think a little over priced.
