Lake has amazing green field in the surrounding with colouful trees. Good place for picnic and spending a day. The only downside is I do not think it is well explained where you can and can not go with a dog. We sat in an area, and were then informed we would be fined as it is not allowed there. Then we were told there is a sign way back to one side that explains where you can and can not go. We explained and were luckily not fined. And happily moved to a different area.
