The have a lot of fun, well organized, passionate people. Heating on the lower floor please 🥺 The love it. Great place to spend a wonderful day. It Is fantastic for all ages and genders. It is an ideal place for parties. The can complete many quests and develop their characters. Went there for a kid's birthday party. The organisation seems a bit chaotic. It was not possible to open the windows (apparently to avoid a dangerous situation), and that at +26 outside! The air was just horrid. The staircase was dark, and all the kids, including the younger ones, were running up and down the stairs, and were hanging from the railings. Now THAT is a truly dangerous situation! There is a terrace, which the employees used for their smoking breaks. The area was absolutely filthy and full of cigarette butts. Very crowded and chaotic. Very little support from the staff. By ordering a package don’t trust that everything will be organized and supported. were much disappointed and birthday went unwell. In general, we, unfortunately, don’t recommend this place to celebrate birthday Our son had his 8 yrs bday at Heldenverlies. It is amazing for adventure seeking children, even our 6 yrs old had super fun there. The whole thing is based on team work and different teams can trade resources, so all can level up. Since we live in Munchen havind 2 we tried and seen a lot of bday places and this is one of the best in terms of fun for children and even costs. Also what was important for me, for the whole time that we were there the had a table to return to and have a snack or a drink. In some other places, there is a fixed timeline for play and food, but not here which is a huge plus. We are definitely coming back next year for the 9yrs bday and according to my son for his 10th and 11th as well :)))) It was a great visit. I can only recommend the place. age-independent can ply there and have fun for a long time. Even though it was crowded and the air inside was heavy, the didn't seem to notice it and have had their fun . Time flies by so fast, it was amazing. We would definitely come back. Hard to understand at first as a parent, but grasp the whole idea very fast and don't wanna go home. The experience is quite good. My and their friends really enjoyed a lot. Great place to encourage with interact with new kids. Only drawback is they don't have any entertainment for younger or someone who is scared of darkness. We were there for my son’s (10 year old) birthday and 11 all together had a super time. The had fun! I could relax while they were entertained, engaged so we certainly would like to go again. Lot of fun for the kids, took a while to get into the groove and fully understand what and how but then it was running smooth. Most of staff very friendly and helpful. Points to improve: some less rules would help for younger kids, website needs update to fully and proper run any browser on a Mac / iPhone. Last but not least - the pricing structure is very intricate - put a nice "menu" on the web and have people click on / off items in clear German or English (not LARP speak). The theme is very good, and its at an isolated place with parking available. We went to celebrate my son‘s 8th bday with his 6 other friends. Things that went well: 1. They solved 3 riddles and some of them got upgrades after 2 hrs of the chaos. 2. There were decent snacks and drinks. Things that didnt go well:1. It was way too crowded. 2. Some were really scared due to the dark ambience inside that they didnt wanted to play. 3. Staffs were talking to the as if they are talking to elder people, perhaps they are also tired of the chaos inside. The one guy our group was talking to, was totally expressionless, cumon we could be a bit more creative with :-) 4. They are also clearly understaffed, just 1-2 staffs for the treasure counters for multiple parallel group trying to get the next riddle, upgrades etc. Overall! Cant complain, but not everyone like me might have the patience, so there is a lot of scope for improvement!
