He speaks 5 different languages at no extra cost so made the hire really easy! The for hire are really well maintained and the prices really reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough. Today I walked through the store to the counter in the back to ask a question about something I wanted to purchase. The one employee saw me come in, dialed a number on his phone, and spent the next 2 minutes talking to someone. After the call he kept his head down typing something on his phone for a minute. I thought maybe he needed to write down whatever he was talked about, but then he dialed another number and started to talk with someone else. This was over 3 minutes of me standing 6 feet in front of him without him acknowledging me in any manner. As soon as he started the second call I just turned and walked out, never to return to this store. I rented a standard bicycle for four days during my trip to Benicassim. was in good condition, easy to ride, tyres pumped up. Had some rides along Greenway to Oropesa and also along cycle path to Castellon. Rental process was quick, easy, good value. They gave me a lock, bicycle had basket. All good. I would recommend renting from here. Many thanks I live in Benicàssim, and my friends and I have rented here many times (more than 5 times). But we will never come back again! The bearded staff member ignored the fact that we were second in line and started serving people who came after us. When we pointed out that we were there earlier, instead of resolving the situation calmly, he became very rude and aggressive. He even talked to other customers about us behind our backs and tried to charge us a “commission” for our behavior. In the end, my friend had to fix the situation herself and calm everyone down, even though the whole conflict was entirely the staff member’s fault. We will never return! What a shop and rental company. I hired from another for a day first....mistake as the was badly prepared, incorrect tyre pressure, was too small for me, etc.... Morris at UjiBije was soooo helpful. He gave me a Lapierre that was brand new and well prepped. It cost less than £12 for the full day. I had a time. Morris speaks perfect English. Great times....see you next February!! shop. I have since took mine and my husbands back for a service, very reasonable price (£26 compared to UK £60) friendly service and advice if needed Rented a full suspension MTB for the day, and they actually had an XXL frame that worked for my height. Maurece was friendly, spoke english, and went the extra mile to get the ready. Will be back again when I am (hopefully) back in Benícassim next year! rental spot! Today I suffered a second puncture in the same tyre after changing the tube, while out on a long ride and called in to see if they could help. I could see my tyres (after 5 years of constant use) needed replacing. Even though they were clearly very busy they took on the job and had me back on the road with two new tyres and tubes within 2 hours of dropping the into the store. I also received excellent advice on the pro's and cons of electric and scooters while I was waiting. service thanks.
